NUTRITION DOGMA says eat your vegetables raw. But a study from the University of Arkansas suggests that cooking carrots can actually boost their nutrient value.

Food scientists found that blanched, pureed carrots had 34 percent more of the antioxidants called phenolics than the raw root. Antioxidants protect the body by neutralizing free radicals; these rogue molecules can damage cells, leading to chronic diseases such as cancer.

How did the cooked carrots come out ahead? Heating softens the fibrous root, allowing more phenolics to be released from cell walls.

You may be aware of the potential benefits of vitamins C and E in helping to reduce the risk of cataracts, but you may not have heard of Lutein or Zeaxanthin. Scientists have been studying their potential benefits for years.

These two carotenoids are commonly found in vegetables such as spinach, kale and corn. While more research is needed, several lines of evidence suggest that high intakes of foods rich in Lutein and Zeaxanthin can reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMDD) and cataracts, which are the leading causes of blindness in the world.

In addition to a proper diet, a healthy regimen should include regular visits to your eye doctor, and of course, regular medical checkups, not smoking and routine exercise.

EVERYONE KNOWS that regular exercise improves health in numerous ways, from warding off disease and weight gain to boosting mood and self-esteem. According to The Claucoma Foundation in New York City, aerobic activity can also help manage a leading cause of preventable blindness in the U.S.

Glaucoma often results from fluid building up between the iris and the cornea. As eye pressure increases, it can damage the optic nerve. Studies show that exercise such as running, swimming or brisk walking four times a week can decrease the pressure by up to 20 percent. For patients, that may be enough to save sight. (Always check with a doctor before beginning an exercise program.) Activity may also help by boosting blood circulation, says Robert Ritch, medical director of The Glaucoma Foundation. Poor blood supply to the optic nerve often worsens the condition.

A BALD SPOT can be more than a blow to vanity - it may be a red flag for future health problems. Research has identified hair loss at the crown of the head as a marker for elevated risk of heart disease. But there’s more: A Duke University study found that this trait may also indicate a higher risk of prostate cancer - - as much as two times higher if a man’s baldness was apparent by age 30. (Thinning at the temples doesn’t increase risk.)

These findings are preliminary, says University of Rochester dermatologist Mary Gail Mercurio, but they make sense. High levels of male hormones such as testosterone, which can cause hair follicles to shrink, may raise cholesterol counts and blood pressure - both linked to heart disease. The hormones can also contribute to prostate cancer.

The upside to this obvious indicator? That bald spot is a reminder to keep a close eye on your blood pressure and cholesterol, and to discuss prostate cancer risk with your doctor.

AMERICAN CASH, it appears, is getting cleaner. Only 11% of bills - and a mere 3% of coins - carry such bacteria as staphylococcus, according to study at a Brooklyn hospital. A similar study in 1972 at the University of Louisville found that a stomach-turning 70% of both paper money and coins studied by the lab was contaminated by staph, E. coli and other bacteria.

CHICAGO, Sept. 13 (AP) - People who take aspirin regularly to reduce their short-term heart attack risk may also be substantially extending their lives, new research suggests.

The study of 6,174 adults suspected of having heart disease found that regular aspirin users faced a 33% lower risk of dying during a follow-up period averaging three years than patients who did not take aspirin.

The findings extend the known benefits for heart patients of taking aspirin at least every other day, which previous studies have shown can reduce the risk of heart attack and the short-term risk of death in heart attack sufferers, said the authors, who were led by Dr. Patricia Gum of the Cleveland Clinic.

"Up until now it really had not been very well established" that aspirin had long-term survival benefits for heart patients, said a co-author, Dr. Michael Lauer, clinical research director in the clinic’s cardiovascular medicine department.

The study appeared Wednesday (9/12/01) in The Journal of the American Medical Association.

Finding that an aspirin a day may extend heart patients’ lives.

Dr. Lynn Smaha, a cardiologist at Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pa., said patients often asked him if they should regularly take aspirin, which improves blood flow through the arteries by making it less sticky and less likely to clot.

For those who have had heart attacks, "it’s pretty clear that that’s an appropriate recommendation," said Dr. Smaha, past president of the American Heart Association.

The new study "lends credence to the possibility that long-term aspirin therapy may be of significant benefit" even for patients who have not had a heart attack, Dr. Smaha said.

Dr. Lauer emphasized that patients should consult with their doctors about whether to start taking aspirin regularly.

Participants in the study were men and women who underwent ultrasound examinations, or echocardiograms, and stress tests to evaluate suspected heart problems. Researchers looked at 2,310 people who were taking about one aspirin daily or every other day at test time and 3,864 who were not taking aspirin.

There were 276 deaths in about three years of follow-up. While there were about equal numbers of deaths in both groups, the aspirin users were older when they were tested, with an average age of 62 compared with 56 for the nonusers, and had more diagnosed heart disease. Adjusting for those factors, the authors found that aspirin users were 33% less likely to die than those who were not taking aspirin.

The greatest benefits were found in patients who were physically unfit, over age 50 or known to have heart disease. Dr. Lauer said most of the deaths were likely to be heart related, though exact causes were not available.

When the Nation of Israel was in bondage down in Egypt, Our Merciful GOD heard their groanings, and HE remembered HIS Covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Today, the Children of Jacob are once again in bondage, but throughout the four corners of this Earth rather than just in Egypt. And again the Holy ONE of Israel, Our ONLY Savior has heard our cries and remembered HIS Covenant with Abraham. HE is there for all of us who seek and trust in ONLY HIM with our whole heart, soul, and might.

"For if ye turn again unto the LORD, your brethren and your children shall find compassion before them that lead them captive, so that they shall come again into this land: for the LORD your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn away his face from you, if ye return unto him." II Chronicles 30:9

Hence, we Children of Jacob, have no choice but to look to Our GOD, Our Only True LORD and Savior, the Holy ONE of Israel, and be obedient to HIS Law that HE gave to the Prophet Moses for a Righteous Way of Life and Governance.

"Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

"This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success."

This week begins the New Moon and three Holy Days: The Feast of the Memorial of Blowing of Trumpets (the New Moon "Sighting"), The Day of Atonement, and The Feast of Tabernacles (Dwelling in Booths). For a complete listing of all the Holy Days that Our GOD Commanded us to observe, please read Leviticus 23^rd Chapter.

As we celebrate these Holy Days, the Most High GOD of Hosts has given us all much to think about and no doubt the downing of the World Trade Center and sections of the Pentagon are high on our lists. By now, all of us should be aware that the United States has declared "war" on Osama bin Laden and those who support him. And it’s not surprising to hear all manner of patriotism. But that which takes the cake is what I heard on Sunday, 9/23: "God may show you [terrorists] mercy, but we will not." Now, that statement went much too far for my comfort. Those who fear the All-Mighty GOD, are wise to know to be in accord with HIM and not to go against HIS Will. In other words, if GOD shows anyone mercy, then it stands to reason that all should follow suit. This American mindset only angers the True and Living GOD of Abraham. No one, not America or any of the Super Power Nations can go beyond GOD’s Order. And if people don’t know this, they soon will. By the way, when you see a nation equating patriotism with divinity, and in the church nonetheless, you can expect any manner of demands by the powers-that-be in regard to paying homage to that country irrespective of one’s spirituality. Just in case you didn’t know it, the thrust is to exhibit the American flag.

In the wake of the World Trade Center and Pentagon terrorist attacks, those of us aware of GOD’s Word in Scripture should agree that we have indeed been warned. Let us read again and again Jeremiah 50^th and 51^st Chapters for a full understanding of what GOD’s Prophets have prophesied for us during these troublous times. Are we taking heed? Is Our GOD sending us warnings and Messages to take heed to prophecy? Is it time to flee? President Bush has informed America that this will be a long war, and that there will be losses.

"Alas! For that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble; but he shall be saved out of it." Jeremiah 30:7

However, an even greater concern that we cannot ever forget is stressing the importance of keeping GOD’s Law because if our regard is not for this Righteous Law, then we need not waste our time trying to "flee." No matter how much we trust in the True and Living GOD, we cannot get HIS attention if we do not seek to keep HIS Laws, Statutes, and Judgments that are designed to make us a "Holy" People. Remember, GOD’s Law is our wisdom and understanding, and Our GOD has made HIS Paths of Righteousness our "life."

"The LORD shall establish thee an holy people unto himself, as he hath sworn unto thee, if thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, and walk in his ways."

Deuteronomy 28:9

"Behold I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.

"And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?" Deuteronomy 4:5,6,8

"He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he." Deuteronomy 32:3,4

Truly we are faced with making some most serious decisions. But my hope is that all Children of Jacob will first return to GOD’s Law, and then return home by every means possible. It goes without say that we must, in this process, trust wholeheartedly in the Most High GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob for HE is our only hope! Therefore, let us humble ourselves with a contrite spirit and seek to please Our GOD as best we can according to the teachings of HIS Prophet Moses who received HIS Book of the Law in the Wilderness for us to live and do EXACTLY as it was written AT THAT TIME and without adding to or taking from it. If you have read the Shabbat Readings of 9/15/01, surely you realized that some of this Scripture was most appropriate for the events of this past week. The Holy ONE indeed works in peculiar ways!

I pray that Our GOD will bless and lead and guide us as we embark upon celebrating HIS Glorious Feast Days. May we one day really soon serve and worship the Holy ONE with "ONE CONSENT" in our heritage. And until that time may we continuously pray for forgiveness for our sins and for the sins of our forefathers and seek HIS Righteousness. Oh how we have wronged Our GOD in forsaking HIM and rejecting HIS Law. May YIHOVAH forgive us abundantly because as you well know, we have done wickedly, and Truth be told, HE was right to cast us from our land and curse us to serve our enemies for all our evil sins against HIM. Now that Our GOD has so Mercifully opened our eyes, WE MUST FULFILL DEUTERONOMY 30^TH CHAPTER.

"How shall we sing the LORD’s song in a strange land?" Psalm 137:3,4

"For in mine holy mountain, in the mountain of the height of Israel, saith the Lord GOD, THERE SHALL ALL THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL ALL OF THEM IN THE LAND SERVE ME: there will I accept them, and there will I require your offerings, and the firstfruits of your oblations, with all your holy things." Ezekiel 20:40

Our GOD has been without Praise, Glory, and Sanctification for far too long, and it’s up to us to be courageous and do something about it for HIS Holy Name’s Sake - if it’s only to represent HIM in Righteousness. While everyone else is calling upon their gods, we must remember the good that Our GOD of Abraham has bestowed upon our forefathers and has promised to bestow upon us living today IF WE RETURN TO HIM. Hence, we must call upon YIHOVAH in Truth and in Righteousness to help us during these days of chaos, confusion, and bloodthirsty "war."

"And the LORD shall help them, and deliver them: he shall deliver them from the wicked, and save them, because they trust in him." Psalm 37:40

"But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him." Psalm 4:3

Merciful GOD of Jacob,

Help us and save us as you once did thousands of years ago when our forefathers were in bondage down in Egypt. Just one more time, give us a chance to see your miracles and your love for Your People, the Seed of Jacob, so that we will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you are indeed leading and guiding us.

Let us be cautious in our daily lives and also be mindful not only of the times in which we live, but also mindful that during this time of national mourning and reflection of America's place in history, that it is The Creator who orchestrates historical events for his purposes.

There are many injustices that exist in this world - many of which this country among others have participated in. This is not a time to be critical, but a time to reflect on our lives and the purpose the Creator has called benai Yisrael for.

The very fabric of the way of life we have known here in America, has now been changed. What once was considered not possible has happened and the majority of the community fears for their safety and security. The whole earth is crying out for Justice. The idea that the "Middle East" is not safe, no longer holds any weight as an excuse not to return, as now we can say without a doubt, America is no longer safe, either.

So, being the children and seed of Jacob, just make sure we are on the side of Truth, Righteousness, and Justice, and strive to be that light unto the Gentiles we as a nation were created for, and exalt, praise and give all glory to the Holy One of Yisrael that HE may have compassion on those who live by His Word and Laws and allow us as a people to be restored in our homeland for HIS honor and Glory.

Justice and judgment [are] the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face." Psalm 89:14

"Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked." Exodus 23:2,7

At Abraham’s insistence, the Most High GOD of Hosts promised not to destroy,

The land of Sodom and Gomorrah IF even just ten people of this land would enjoy,

HIS Righteous Book of the Law living and doing and being true,

To judge the people Righteously and to make even them Holy, too.

To the good, GOD proved HIMSELF to be Merciful and forgiving of all sin,

Many, many times HE urged Israel in HIS Law ONLY to live therein,

But don’t you just know, that we never listened or took heed,

We continued to play games with Our LORD and thought HE would accede.

But YIHOVAH was relentless and still wanted and demanded a virtuous people,

To keep HIS Law as required and be to the World a Righteous vehicle.

An exemplary and perfect LIGHT to represent this Merciful and True and Living GOD,

Was needed, so HE never completely destroyed HIS Chosen of which was quite odd.

GOD remembers always HIS Promises to the Prophet Abraham and to his seed,

To be their GOD and Savior, to establish them, and to them forever to plead.

All we, GOD’s Chosen People and all who fear HIM need are HIS Genuine Paths,

READING FOR THE SOUL…

T H E E X O D U S

SIXTH ENTRY:

WARNING:

IF YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO CHOOSES TO BELIEVE OR LIVE A LIE, THEN THIS INFORMATION IS NOT FOR YOU.

It is astounding how so many people in the world can embrace a false religion and be ready to give up their lives for it and not know beans about its origin. I am referring to Christianity.

The worship of Christ, "The Savior of the World" and "Son of God," all came about after a man named Jesus died and supposedly rose three days after his death. (How one can count three days from Friday morning to Sunday morning should be a major concern.) This man named Jesus presumably died for people's sins and is the Savior of the World. (Looking at the state of the world today, one wonders, then where in hell is he.)

Odd enough, the doctrine encompassing this man Jesus came about long after his death "about A.D. 30." And what was this doctrine or new religion (Deuteronomy 32:17)? Keep in mind that the God of Israel said that He would no longer reveal visions to His prophets (Lamentations 2:9) - but low and behold, Jesus with all kinds of revelations.

This new religion was a way of worship established by man. These early Christians, believers in this man named Jesus, felt they were inspired by God to write letters about a new doctrine that would later be established as Christianity and prompted the institution of The New Testament because people resented the whole concept of God Almighty having a chosen people, The Children of Israel.

It was a man named Paul who was one of the leaders of early Christianity and responsible for the establishment of the New Testament. Others who contributed the "Gospel Writings" to the New Testament were Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John about A.D. 70 - 90.

The information that can be found about Paul and the Pauline Letters is actually quite astounding. First of all, Paul was Jewish and was considered the "Apostle to the Gentiles." That is odd for a believer in Christianity, as according to the New Testament, this man Jesus was "sent to the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel" who were by-the-way already scattered out of Israel.

This raises the question, "When were God's Chosen scattered from the Land of Israel?" Before the Babylonian Empire, Israel (called the Ten Tribes) went into captivity under the Assyrians. Judah, the last of the Black Hebrew Israelite tribes, was cast into exile some time after the Medio-Persian Empire and at the start of the Grecian Empire. And it was during this same period of time that the identity of the Black Hebrew Israelites was taken up by the White Jews.

This period of time gave birth to this new man-made religion (Christianity), and the identity of the original Black Hebrew Israelites was taken from them as the God of Israel had said. It is important to realize that in order for one people to take over another's identity, the latter would have to be absent. Some facts to question are, if this man Jesus was sent to the "Lost Sheep of the House of Israel" who were, at the time of the Roman Empire, already scattered, why did Paul go to the Gentiles? And if the Jews who occupied Jerusalem used synagogues, they were obviously the White Jews (Esau), Jacob's twin brother, who, as prophesied, would "live by the sword" (Genesis 27th Chapter) which he does to this day. The Hebrews of the Old Testament did not own or occupy synagogues. This information, alone, should certainly raise doubts about the identity of the original Hebrew Israelites. Keep in mind that the New Testament is indeed a religion created by man and intended to deceive the very Elect. And it is also a very confusing book with many beliefs and teachings that contradict the Old Testament.

The information herewith will hopefully open the eyes of God's Chosen, Blacks throughout the world, who are without a doubt the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel but who have accepted Christianity as the way of God.

God contacted His prophets and instructed them to write about their encounters with Him. These interactions are undeniable. However, the communication between God, the man Jesus, and the people of that era is questionable. Even the timing of his appearance on earth should raise doubts. After the Nation of Israel refused to keep God's laws, He refused to speak to them through the priests and prophets and cast them out of their land, the Land of Canaan.

"...then shall they seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the ancients." Ezekiel 7:26

"They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the Lord; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them." Hosea 5:6

"...Then said the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:" Amos 7:8, Amos 8:2

"And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and from to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it." Amos 8:12

It would appear that the Blacks who have adopted Christianity or other false religion need to do their homework and get a thorough and unequivocal understanding of what they have accepted as "Gospel." Little do worshippers of this man Jesus realize that although they accept and believe in the Ten Commandments, they are breaking the very first commandment of God: "Thou shalt have no other gods before me."

Some Christians would argue that the man Jesus is God, the Son, and The Holy Ghost, whatever that entails. If the son were on earth making reference to the Father in Heaven, they are both clearly two distinct entities. And, if Christians worship God and the Son as the Savior of the World, they are not only breaking the first commandment, but they are shutting the One and only true God out of their lives. Under no circumstances would the Old Testament God allow his Chosen People to worship a rock, clay, stone, celestial body, or deity other than Himself.

"For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:" Exodus 34:14

I do not think the best of interpreters can do anything to alter the true meaning of this verse, but rather, take it at face value. But of course there will be some who will say, "Well, that was for way back then. Jesus changed all that when he died for our sins."

Now, that is another Christian belief that is revered to be the utmost concept in accepting this man Jesus coupled with "belief in him" for eternal life which, of course, must, unfortunately, follow death. (How convenient. No one has come back from death to share with the living exactly what takes place in Heaven or Hell.) But we'll get back to that later.

Moses, God's prophet attempted to die for the sins of the Children of Israel, but God told him, "Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book" (Exodus 32:32,33). God never changed His intentions for the Children of Israel to keep His laws or for them to go into captivity for their sins. As a matter of fact, to further support this prophecy God said that His people would be cast out of Israel and taken into slavery for not keeping His laws. To assume that Moses or any of the other prophets could suffer or be a scapegoat for the sins of Israel is ludicrous if you know any thing at all about God and His Chosen People. The God of the Old Testament is a loving God, but He is also a dreadful God who made it known that one had to follow His directives - which meant keep His Laws.

What's so very interesting is that Ezekiel the 36th Chapter outlines how God is to gather His Chosen and THEN put His spirit within them which will cause them to keep His laws. This chapter alone cancels out the notion that this man Jesus is going to "save the world" or that anyone has to believe in him in order to be "saved." Why, there isn't even the slightest indication that this man Jesus will have any say or part in this divine transition.

"Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but me: for there is no savior besides me."

"O Israel, thou has destroyed thyself; but in me is thine help." Hosea 13: 4,9

"And the Lord shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one Lord, and his name one." Zechariah 14:9

Perhaps the most bazaar belief of all regarding Christianity is that one must die in order to get into God's Kingdom. Most people do not know that God does not delight in death.

"For the grave cannot praise thee, death can not celebrate thee: they that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth.

"The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day: the father to the children shall make known thy truth." Isaiah 38:18,19

"For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord God: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye." Ezekiel 18:32

Whatever happened to the meek shall inherit the earth, anyway?

I cannot emphasize enough that the Children of Israel must keep God's Laws or face His wrath. This has been the pattern since Genesis' Garden of Eden when God told Adam and Eve that they would die if they ate of the apple. Death is a curse. Yet people delude themselves into believing that they must die in order to live. God says choose life and live (Deuteronomy 30:19). The only way anyone can choose life and live is through the keeping of God's laws.

"For thus saith the Lord unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live:" Amos 5:4

"...When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live." Ezekiel 18:19

Another matter of utmost importance that precludes a full understanding of the truth is the observance of Sunday as a religious day of worship. The fourth commandment specifically instructs Israel to "Remember the sabbath day to keep it holy."

God instituted the Sabbath day because he rested after creating the heavens and the earth (Genesis 2:3). Of a surety, God wanted and expected His people to comprehend the importance of keeping His Sabbath because He rested after creating the heavens, earth, the animals, and man. Therefore, His desire to see His people take pride in the Sabbath Day was certainly valid.

God thought so much of the Sabbath that He made it a sign between Himself and His people, the Children of Israel for a perpetual covenant.

"Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

"It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed." Exodus 31:16,17

Webster's Dictionary defines the word perpetual as meaning "continuous, lasting for ever." Thus, NO ONE, Not NO ONE has the right or the authority to change God's Sabbath day from the seventh day to the first day (Sunday) or any other day of the week. God's day of rest has significance as does our birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events. Can one change these dates? If so, would they then have the same importance or meaning? No! of course not. And only God has the right to change a law which He has established. Therefore, think again about Sunday worship.

"If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the Lord, honorable; and shalt honor him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure (no love making - sorry!), nor speaking thine own words:

"Then shalt thou delight thyself in the Lord; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it." Isaiah 58:13,14

Likewise, all Israelite males should be circumcised - simply because that too, is God's Law and a covenant between Him and His people (Genesis 17:10,11). The Holy Days that God told the Israelites to observe are all outlined in the book of Leviticus the 23rd Chapter. Sorry, do not expect to find anything on Xmas or Easter.

At this point, you might wonder why God ever allowed Christianity to influence people and prevail throughout the world. That which has happened to this world is a result of the sins of Israel, God's chosen people.

"You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities." Amos 3:2

The Old Testament is replete with information to support this obvious truth.

"And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the Lord, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:" Exodus 4:22

"...I am a father to Israel..." Jeremiah 31:9

"...the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel." Joel 3:16

Because God's chosen did not keep His laws, statutes, and judgments, we were cast out of Israel and made to serve our enemies - slavery, poverty, racism, oppression - you get the picture. The land, wealth, authority, and respect that was bestowed upon the nation of Israel was taken from God's Chosen and given to our slave masters.

"And it shall come to pass, when ye shall say, Wherefore doeth the Lord our God all these things unto us? then shalt thou answer them, Like as ye have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land, so shall ye serve strangers in a land that is not yours." Jeremiah 5:19

"The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low.

"He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail." Deuteronomy 28:43,44

"Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the Lord have spoken it." Ezekiel 21:32

"Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and has defiled thyself in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a mocking to all countries."

Ezekiel 22:4

"Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the Lord done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

"Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the Lord God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt."

Deuteronomy 29:24,25

In addition to going into captivity, God promised that we would also serve false gods - Jesus Christ for one.

"And the Lord shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone. Deuteronomy 28:64

"Therefore will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know not, neither ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods day and night; where I will not shew you favor." Jeremiah 16:13

Now that it is clear that the Israelites would be taken into captivity into the lands of their enemies, some people must wonder how the false gods come into the prophecy. If you must wonder, well, you're obviously serving them. How can that be?

Every empire and world power has established its own religion within its country and even in other lands (religious missions). All of the gods of these nations have features that closely resemble the dominate race. This was true of the African countries before Imperialism. China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India and other countries worship Buddha. In India the people worship many gods or divinities in the Hindu religion. The Western World: The United States, Great Britain, and other European countries observe Christianity. All the religions of these great countries have gods with the same likeness of the people in power. As you can surmise, the United States is no exception. This Super Power also has its very own white, blue-eyed, humble looking god who is called Jesus, the "Savior of the World" nonetheless and is "all love."

Thus, the Children of Israel, when scattered into the four corners of the earth, would be sure to fulfill God's prophecy to worship false gods.

"And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell." Deuteronomy 4:28 (See also Micah 5:13 about IMAGES)

Christianity and other false religions have served their purpose, and that is to brainwash the Children of Israel because of our sins in order to keep us from returning to the true God. Please understand that as long as God's chosen people serve other gods, we will remain in captivity and suffer persecution, oppression, and regression at the hands of our oppressors regardless of how wealthy some of us are. And our oppressors will continue to rule over us and the world until we decide to seek the God of Israel and His Laws.

Finally, the Gentiles might ask, well, what about me? Is God only concerned with His people, Israel, worshipping Him? Not at all! God welcomes all races to keep His Laws.

"Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the Lord, speak, saying, The Lord hath utterly separated me from his people; neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

"For thus saith the Lord unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;

"Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.

"Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the Lord, to serve him, and to love the name of the Lord, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;

"Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called a house of prayer for all people." Isaiah 56:3-7

"Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the Lord of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the Lord." Zechariah 8:22

This booklet has only attempted to scratch the surface in revealing the real truths about the Blacks or former slaves here in these United States and throughout the world. God's laws also entail the keeping of dietary laws also which means that a lot of Black folks will have to observe God's Dietary Laws (Exodus 11^th Chapter) and give up swine's flesh: chitterlings or better known as "chitlins," barbecue (ribs), hamhocks, pork chops; shell fish: crab, lobster, shrimp, and a few other choice forbidden meats so we can keep a clean body and a clean mind in order to receive God's truth and visions in these latter days. These foods are not good for us anyway. You must realize that the Israelites must be ready in a healthy body and mind to return home to Israel to replenish this bitter earth. (See Ezekiel 36:24-33)

"In those days, and in that time, saith the Lord, the children of Israel shall come, they and the children of Judah together going and weeping: they shall go and seek the Lord their God." Jeremiah 50:4

The information in this booklet has one purpose, and that is to enlighten my brothers and sisters to the real truth so that we can come together, in strength, and hold the God of Israel to His promise to return us to our own land, the Land of Israel.

"For thus saith the Lord: Like as I have brought all this great evil upon this people, so will I bring upon them all the good that I have promised them." Jeremiah 32:42

"Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid." Jeremiah 30:10

"Thus saith the Lord; Refrain thy voice from weeping, and thine eyes from fears: for thy work shall be rewarded, saith the Lord; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

"And there is hope in thine end saith the Lord, that thy children shall come again to their own border." Jeremiah 31:16,17

Our problems are many. We live in poverty and those of us who live in more affluent areas live in fear, and are not happy. The leaders of this world perpetuate suppression of minorities in government, the job market, and in the educational and social systems. If people ever need the true God to hear their prayers and to respond immediately to meet their needs in a life and death situation or other crisis, then they had better start acting accordingly and that means learn the truth about their history and live (keep) God's laws.

"The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.

"The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

"The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.

"More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

"Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward." Psalm 19:7-11

"And I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my judgments, which if a man do, he shall even live in them." Ezekiel 20:11

Many people tend to equate politics with spirituality. They look for a leader who promises a better life and government. Those who are Christians are looking for Jesus to return, and White Jews are looking for a messiah. In the very last chapter of the last book of the Old Testament, The God of Israel left for us a very important message that no politician or Christian promotes:

"Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

"Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the Lord." Malachi 4:4,5
