HINTS FOR HARDY, HEALTHY HEBREWS:

My daughter is a general surgery resident, and I thought it might be interesting to outline her thoughts on health care in this month’s Newsletter. I, therefore, posed the following question to her: “What do you think is important medical information for people today?” Coincidentally, a close friend of hers in the same medical field was visiting, and I also asked her the same question. Both of these doctors adamantly emphasized the need for preventative medicine and advised me of the following information:

They told me about many cases, whereby, people were brought to the hospital too late with metastatic (spreading) cancer and serious problems developing from diabetes. Women arrived with huge masses on their breasts because they were too afraid to see the doctor and potentially hear bad news. And men arrived after cancer had spread throughout their bodies from prostate or colon cancer after they had ignored obvious signs of a problem. In many cases medical attention can be very helpful if people will take the necessary preventative measures to screen for breast, prostate, and colon cancers or manage the chronic illnesses they know they have in order to avoid more severe consequences.

DIABETES

Diabetics should take precautions and follow simple and relatively obvious interventions that should help with this disease:

- Check blood sugar levels twice a day.

- Watch your weight and eat a proper diet.

- Have a loved one or friend check feet daily for cuts, blisters, redness, drainage, etc.

- Notify a physician if redness, drainage, or pain is present on the feet.

- Consult a podiatrist for regular foot care at least once every three months, i.e., trimming of toenails, ingrown toenails, and sore feet.

These easy tasks can help to prevent the many feared complications of diabetes, i.e., toe and leg amputations. There are other interventions and screenings for diabetes, and among them are regular check-ups by a physician for kidney function and periodic visits to the ophthalmologist for eye problems stemming from this disease.

By no means is this information a complete review on diabetes and its management. For further info, please check with a physician and read up on diabetes at your local library. You might even be able to find updated information on the Web.

CANCER

Cancer, if identified early, can often be cured. There are several screening tests that should be performed.

In men, prostate cancer can be identified early by an annual blood test called “prostate specific antigen” or “PSA” which is elevated in prostate cancer. In addition, your physician should do an annual rectal exam to see if the prostate feels normal in order to identify any palpable tumors.

In women, breast cancer can also be detected early if women do monthly self-breast exams (SBE), annual breast exams by a physician, and annual mammograms. Please check with your doctor for information on self-breast exams. Annual screenings for cervical cancer are also suggested or as recommended by your physician.

Colon cancer is a very common disease of which we should be aware. For both men and women, colonoscopies can identify cancerous lesions in the colon before the tumors are too large or have spread to other parts of the body. If there are symptoms of blood in the stool or change in stool caliber, then the individual should be evaluated for a colonoscopy as soon as possible regardless of his/her age. People over fifty (50) should have a colonoscopy (a screening for colon cancer) and one scheduled regularly as determined by their physician. Please see your physician for further questions.

Smoking is a deadly habit that causes many serious illnesses that could easily be prevented if one were to stop smoking. A common statistic mentioned is that when people stop smoking for ten years, at the end of that period they have the same risk of developing lung cancer as people who have never smoked. So, it is never too late to quit. If people were to stop smoking, then there is a chance that they can avoid contracting lung cancer, emphysema, and peripheral vascular disease.

HYPERTENSION

Hypertension (high blood pressure) is another common medical condition that, if just managed properly, the complications of stroke and kidney failure can be avoided. Compliance with medication and regular visits to your physician can prevent these debilitating ailments.

To help avert some common diseases I urge everyone to take your medication regularly and as required, and screen annually for breast, prostate, colon, and cervical cancers depending on need and age. Individuals should also know their family medical histories. If a disease is recurrent in the family, it might be a good idea to check if you, too, have developed the same illness. Neglecting symptoms of serious diseases won’t make them go away. Do what’s necessary to maintain a healthy body and make wise decisions to get to the doctor early before more serious problems develop.

EDITORIAL PERSPECTIVE:

THOSE WHO SEEK THE GOD OF ISRAEL

TO KNOW HIM AND TO PLEASE HIM,

WILL FIND HIM!

We are helpless without the Most High GOD of Israel, and too many of us don’t know how to turn to HIM or get HIS attention. Therefore, Hebrew Israelites are in a quandary. YIHOVAH is our only hope and our only Deliverance from the plagues, sufferings, affliction, and death that engulfs this globe. For those of us who understand GOD’s Truth and HIS Word to HIS Prophets, we know that there is but one way out of this evil and wicked environment that affects every facet of our existence under this Gentile World system. Therefore, if we want to change the times, that is, encourage the Most High GOD to work in our favor, we know what we must do.

“Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.” Malachi 3:18

We, Hebrew Israelites, who fear the Holy ONE of Israel to do HIS Will in sincerity, must pray for strength, wisdom, and guidance to do all that we were chosen to accomplish for the Exaltation and Praise of the Holy ONE of Israel and HIS Magnificent Law.

“Cursed be he that doeth the work of the Lord deceitfully…” Jeremiah 48:10

Too many of us are greatly involved and caught up in our daily routines that have absolutely nothing to do with showing forth the Praises of the Most High GOD of Israel and magnifying HIS Ways and much less to do with fearing and turning to this Great and Dreadful GOD. And as a matter of fact, rather than magnify GOD’s Law and HIS Truth, we indulge in everything else – including the imaginations of our hearts.

Let’s Prove GOD!!! This is an idea worth considering and doing. We learn about our true history and heritage, but we become complacent and lax in what we should be about. Let’s not be as irresponsible as were our forefathers in the Wilderness who wanted nothing to do with YIHOVAH or HIS Law and who sought to return to Egypt rather than fulfill the position Our GOD established for us. Clearly, those Israelites were not the ones the GOD of Abraham needed to inhabit HIS Holy land and Exalt HIS Holy Name by showing forth HIS Praises. If the Holy ONE says that HE will be our GOD if we just turn to HIM and follow HIS Law, then let’s do just that and call HIM on HIS Promise. In addition to that, it’s a small matter to live for HIM. After all, HE has given us life and knowledge of HIMSELF and HIS Truth.

As some of you might already know, my daughter and her husband just recently had their first child, a beautiful little Princess. Their day revolves around this baby girl, and both of them are involved with caring for her. All she need do is whimper or grunt, and one of them is at her side even if the other is already holding her. It’s absolutely amusing to see the two of them doting on her so adoringly.

Watching them, caused me to realize that this is the kind of attention YIHOVAH wants from HIS Chosen People, Israel. And if HE does, so then what’s wrong with that? Jacob said, “If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and raiment to put on, So that I come again to my father’s house in peace; then shall the Lord be my God (Genesis 29:20,21)”

“But thou must eat them before the Lord thy God in the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, thou, and thy son, and thy daughter, and thy manservant, and thy maidservant, and the Levite that is within thy gates: and thou shalt rejoice before the Lord thy God in all that thou puttest thine hands unto.”

Deuteronomy 12:18

The Holy ONE of Israel needs Israelites who fear HIM and who are worthy to represent HIM in Righteousness. This Most High GOD chose Abraham and his Seed just for the purpose of showing forth HIS Praise. And this is prophecy that must be fulfilled by us and no other nation(s). Therefore, we must set examples of how the World must live, serve, and worship this most Dreadful and Merciful GOD. We must fearlessly stand to defend HIS Truth and Righteousness, i.e., GOD’s Book of the Law - all of HIS Laws, Statutes, and Judgments and NOTHING ELSE.

“I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.”

Psalm 118:17

“This people have I formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise.”

Isaiah 43:21

The Holy ONE of Israel is in the process of preparing the World to accept the Truth concerning the True and Living GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel (Exodus 3:15). And at the same time, HE is establishing the Righteous Remnant that is due to return home (if they haven’t already). This Hebrew-Israelite group will be the genuine Chosen Ones, and they will fear YIHOVAH to do HIS Will without controversy and will establish HIS Righteous Kingdom on this Earth.

“Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.

“And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

“Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.“

Malachi 3:16 – 18

“But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.”

Malachi 4:2

Anyone who wants to do right by the Holy ONE of Israel is able to do so. Our GOD has mercifully left for us a road map.

“All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers.” Deuteronomy 8:1

All these Laws, Statutes, and Judgments are all that we need to know and understand GOD’s Paths of Righteousness – HIS Book of the Law.

“Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

“This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.” Joshua 1:7,8

“With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

“Let favour be showed to the wicked, yet will he not learn righteousness: in the land of uprightness will he deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the Lord.” Isaiah 26:9,10

Surely, this will be the mindset of the Righteous Remnant that GOD will call. And certainly, the first to return will be the “he goats” before the flocks (Jeremiah 50:8). Obviously, there is no question that the “he goats” before the flocks will be knowledgeable of GOD’s Law. Otherwise, they wouldn’t be called “he goats.” Their knowledge has been accumulating over many years in preparation for the return of the Remnant from the four corners of this globe. Thus, those who follow to seek YIHOVAH can hear and learn about HIS Truth straightaway.

Some of the “he goats” have been in the knowledge of GOD’s Truth for many decades, if not all their lives. Those who desire to know the Most High GOD of Israel need not study for decades and experience the school of hard knocks as have the “he goats.” This would be meaningless. YIHOVAH determines the certain ones who will be the Righteous Leaders over us, and we will know them by their keeping of GOD’s Law (Isaiah 8:20).

It is most important to note that NO ONE – not any leader in Israel can represent YIHOVAH in Truth without proclaiming and manifesting HIS Righteous Judgments. How else can we discern right from wrong without making GOD’s Judgments a part of our lives?

“Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and show my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins.” Isaiah 58:1

“But the Lord of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, and God that is holy shall be sanctified in righteousness.” Isaiah 5:16

“And in mercy shall the throne be established: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging, and seeking judgment, and hasting righteousness.” Isaiah 16:5

“For I the Lord love judgment…” Isaiah 61:8

“For if ye thoroughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye thoroughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour;

“Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.” Jeremiah 7:5,7

“Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the Lord.” Jeremiah 8:7

This knowledge all stems from the Merciful Kindness of the All-Mighty GOD of Israel. Those who seek HIM to know HIM to do HIS Will shall find HIM! And those who seek knowledge of HIS Law will find it.

“The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.” Isaiah 9:2

“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.

“The Lord is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him.” Lamentations 3:24,25

If we seriously want rest from our sorrows and hard bondage we experience at the hands of Gentile rulers, then we had better live out of GOD’s Book of the Law ACCORDING TO WHAT’S WRITTEN and in Righteousness.

“Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.

“And I will wait upon the Lord, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.” Isaiah 8:16,17

Let us put the Most High GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel back into our lives, our hearts, our thoughts, and in everything that we do. Focusing on HIM as we come and go in our daily routines is ever so helpful to maintain healthy ideals about HIS Paths of Righteousness. And believe it or not, Our GOD leads us as we walk HIS Paths preparing to submit to HIM with our whole heart and soul and live according to HIS Law.

“Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him

while he is near:”

True Friends

Some people have a unique and special way,

of knowing what to do or just what to say.

BOOK: The Story of Judaism by Bernard J. Bamberger (1957 and 1970 Copyrights)

Although this book is about the establishment of the White Jewish religion, the author enlightens the reader about history of Ancient Israel, as well as the part Rome played in Israel and in the lives of the people who populated this area during the Roman Empire.

I have found this book absolutely fascinating. Bamberger practically confirms everything I’ve written (in previous Messages) regarding the nonexistence of the true Israelites in the land during the Grecian/Roman Empires. Actually, the author conveniently writes:

“JUST AS WE REACH THE CRUCIAL POINT, WHERE JUDAISM AS WE KNOW it comes to full flower, our sources of information fail us almost completely. It is the most obscure period of Jewish history. For several stretches of time, the longest about one hundred years, we have no direct information; and our sources for the intervening periods are fragmentary, uncertain, at times contradictory. Not till the year 331 B.C.E., when Alexander the Great arrived in Palestine, does the veil of darkness begin to lift.” Page 42

Now isn’t that something! Bamberger can provide history on Moses and GOD’s Law that took place over several thousands years ago, but he is at a loss of some major happenings after the Ezra/Nehemiah days. Could it be that this is the period in time when the Grecians were removing the real Judahites far from their border in order for the Edomites and the converts to usurp their identity and their land? Evidence of this is all in the Scriptures:

“The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border.” Joel 3:6 (See also the Book of Obadiah and “Detailed Evidence that Proves the Remnant of Judah was Taken into Captivity During the Grecian Empire” that is posted on thelawKeepers WebSite.)

This book also details the rise of the Christian Era and how Christianity is proved to be established by man, making it a man-made organized religion from its inception. And one can also find much information on the rise of the Rabbi, oral tradition, and conversion to this man-made religion, “Judaism,” that took place during this era, as well. On several occasions, the author makes mention of the many, many converts to Judaism in his book. And as you read, pay particular attention to the fact that while these “Jews” were controlled by Rome, they were very much able to lead their own “prosperous lives” proving that they do not fit the Hebrew-Israelite mold that prophesied of the curse of captivity in Deuteronomy 28^th Chapter.

Although this is a very informative book, the reader must be cognizant of the deception that Bamberger weaves in order to maintain the pretense that White (European converted) Jews are descended from the Biblical Israelites.

FINAL NOTE:

I strongly suggest that we all read this book, as it helps to prove that man – NOT GOD – established two of the major religions in this World: “Judaism” and “Christianity.”

“Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;” Isaiah 10:1

Keep in mind that we are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Hence, before this information concerning Judaism and Christianity is rejected, do yourself a favor and check other historical sources to verify who is telling the GOD’s Truth:

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou has rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou has forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.” Hosea 4:6

And for the benefit of those who are not in the knowledge of GOD’s Word, the religion “Judaism” was coined during the Grecian and Roman Eras by so-called Jewish scholars and long after GOD’s Prophets ceased to exist (Lamentations 2:9; Micah 3:6). GOD’s Truth stems from HIS Book of the Law and entails HIS Laws, Statutes, and Judgments (a Culture and Way of Life) that we are bound to live by in the land of Israel forever (Deuteronomy 10:12,13,20,21;II Kings 17:35 – 39).
