to defy GOD’s Commandment, for the likes of our imaginations,
including the
“barley search” theory,
then we must
prepare ourselves to feel the Wrath of the GOD of Israel,
for as we know
all too well, the GOD of Israel does not wrest Judgment.

to connect with the CREATOR GOD of Israel!
CONCERNING SEARCHING AND GATHERING BARLEY
IN AN EFFORT TO “MARK” THE BEGINNING OF MONTHS UNTO US
(A PRACTICE UNFOUNDED IN GOD’s LAW OR IN HIS WORD TO HIS
PROPHETS) RATHER THAN USE THE STATUTE THE CREATOR COMMANDED OF US FOR
DISTINGUISHING THE FIRST MONTH OF THE YEAR UNTO ISRAELITES.
THE LAWKEEPERS EMBRACE GENESIS 1:14,15 AS PROVEN EVIDENCE
FOR DETERMINING THE FIRST DAY AND MONTH OF OUR HEBREW NEW YEAR.
Because of the GREAT SINS of our forefathers, we must seek
to live and do according to GOD’s Book of the Law, AS IT IS WRITTEN without
altering HIS WORD one iota. If we are
truly concerned about seeking the Most High GOD and understanding what we have
been Commanded to do, then it stands to reason that we cannot do what we imagine
We must do all that is Lawful and
Right, according to what THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD of Moses.
According to what’s written, if we are serious about returning to our heritage, then we must follow the GOD of Israel’s Divine Plan – HIS “Perfect” LAW. And as a matter of absolute circumspect, we are compelled to seek GOD’s Paths of Righteousness at all times to ensure that HIS Ways support us and our doings throughout our Seasons, Days, and Years, since everything given to us to do is written in stone. Moreover, we should tremble with FEAR if what we do is not ordained by the CREATOR GOD of Moses.
When we are traveling and haven’t a clue about how to get to
our destination, it would be most difficult to get there by following our
imaginations. But if we seek to obtain
directions before setting out on our journey, then the trip should be without
incident GOD’s LAW is pretty much the same, except that when we do not follow
what HE has Commanded, we set up our own stumbling blocks, and worse, we must
deal with the consequences for our disobedience.
Countless times, the CREATOR GOD of Israel makes mention of the Israelites following their imaginations, i.e., doing what they chose to do rather than following after Righteousness to do HIS Walk of Life.
Following are serious incidents concerning our evil and
wicked forefathers, who rejected GOD’s Laws, Statutes, and Judgments for their
imaginations, that literally caused Israel’s pain and suffering and in many
cases their demise and, as hard as it may be to believe, their imaginations also caused the perils and mayhem
that now plague this wicked world:
If we were to give but one reason as to why the CREATOR GOD
caused the Flood of forty days and forty nights, that reason would be because the people of that day followed their own
IMAGINATIONS:
“And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Genesis 6:5
Ironically, the peoples who lived after the Flood did not learn. They, too, followed after the imaginations of their evil hearts, as well. And of all the nations of peoples in the world, so did GOD’s Chosen People, the Children of Israel.
“…this thing
commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall
be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you,
that it may be well unto you.
But they hearkened not, nor
inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of
their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward.” Jeremiah 7:23,24
No matter how great the
mountain of information and scholarship that caters to the imaginations of
people’s hearts, wisdom encourages us to be strong and of good courage and to
do according to the LAW - not what’s according to mere man. This is the whole Truth of the matter that
would have the Nation of Israel in the Land of our inheritance today, had we
only been obedient to GOD’s Book of the Law!
By walking in our own counsels and in the imaginations of
our evil hearts, we are sure to go backward and not forward in our thinking
processes. Haven’t we seen and heard
enough about the shenanigans of the Ben Ammi Camp to understand just how mad
these people have become from following their weird imaginations. This
congregation looks to Ben Ammi as their Messiah and follow his ways.
“And the LORD
saith, Because they have forsaken my law which I set before them,
and have not obeyed my voice, neither walked therein; But have walked
after the imagination of their own heart...:”
Jeremiah 9:13,14
“Yet they obeyed
not, nor inclined their ear, but walked every one in the imagination of their
evil heart: therefore I will bring upon them all the words of this covenant,
which I commanded them to do; but they did them not.” Jeremiah 11:8
People want to
be leaders and Priests so badly, that they each feel the need to invent a new
way of life, albeit to their detriment. Consider Christianity. From century to century people have come up
with a new imaginary way to worship JC, and then only their ways are
acceptable. Yet, not one of these
Christian denominations has proven to be of any divinity though they make their
imaginations stronger than reason.
Sadly, these leaders and their congregations fail to understand that
when we make up things to observe rather than do what’s Commanded by GOD, there
is no reward. Furthermore, their hearts
will find it easy to imagine other things and make their ordinances more
important than what the CREATOR GOD has Commanded of us. Just as GOD’s Book of the Law does not
confirm or support Christianity or any other man-made religion, HE also does
not go on record in the Hebrew Scripture endorsing the “barley search” theory,
either. And if this search for
barley is not found to be ORDERED by the Most High GOD of Israel, then the
“barley search” theory is just what it is – unfounded conjecture! We have got to learn when and where to draw
the line and insist upon following GOD’s Ways written for us to live and do in
Righteousness.
Mere men have
completely forgotten that the CREATOR is a most WISE Entity. They flatly refuse to accept the fact
that when HE Created mankind, HE also designed a Righteous Way of Life for all
to follow.
Consider how the
congregation of Ben Ammi has made him some kind of jack-leg Messiah. Consider how he imagined his vegan diet and
orders his camp to live by it. Consider
how he believes in the “New Testament” and how he imagines it to be about
him. He can only get away with this
by prohibiting the reading of GOD’s Book of the Law for therein is the Truth
about his teachings. He can also
experience success with changing GOD’s Ways by instilling hope in his own literature
for his congregation to read and study.
By the way, this is exactly what he does. These evil and wicked imaginations have become the mantra of the
so-called “KOY” that has flourished in two ways from generation to generation
for forty years – they all follow a “man” and walk in Gross Darkness wherein is
decline, despair, and much mourning – all because they have turned their backs
on the ONE True SAVIOR and HIS Book of the Law to embrace Ben Ammi’s books that
do not Exalt and Magnify the CREATOR GOD of Israel.
The leaders of
these people are out of control and out of touch with Divine Reality. The grassroots of this group should have
stopped Ben Ammi and his appointees in their tracks the very first time anyone of
them imagined anything outside of the LAW for them to live and do.
Instead they embrace him as their Messianic leader and forget the
CREATOR – the ONE SAVIOR and DELIVERER that made them and gave them a Glorious
Name and Land. Unequivocally, HE is the
ONE that has proven HIMSELF and SAVED Israel out of the hands of their enemies
and REDEEMED our forefathers countless times – unfortunately to no avail. We know this, but we give no credence to the
facts. Ben Ammi and many other
Israelites still choose to follow the imaginations of their evil hearts and
reject correction at every turn. And
unfortunately, there are those Israelites still, to this day, condemning the
ones who interject the WORD of GOD, proving them to transgress against the Holy
ONE of Israel.
“This evil people,
which refuse to hear my words, which walk in the imagination of their heart, and
walk after other gods, to serve them, and to worship them, shall even be as
this girdle, which is good for nothing.” Jeremiah 13:10
“And ye have done
worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye walk every one after the
imagination of his evil heart, that they may not hearken unto me: Therefore
will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know not, neither
ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods day and night; where I
will not shew you favour.” Jeremiah 16:12,13
“And they said,
There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every
one do the imagination of his evil heart.” Jeremiah 18:12
“They say still
unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they
say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil
shall come upon you.” Jeremiah 23:17
Usually, the people who will follow the imaginations of their hearts will also strengthen the hands of evildoers. They make it a point to befriend the strong to do evil and to belittle the vulnerable who identity with doing what’s right according to GOD’s Ways of Righteousness. As a result too many sincere people have been cheated by this group that proves to be the epitome of following after the imaginations of their hearts.
“I have seen also
in the prophets of Jerusalem an horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk
in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none doth return
from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and the inhabitants
thereof as Gomorrah.”
Jeremiah 23:14
“And oppress not
the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine
evil against his brother in your heart. But they refused to hearken, and
pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.
Yea, they made their hearts as an adamant stone, lest they should
hear the law, and the words which the LORD of hosts hath sent in his spirit
by the former prophets: therefore came a great wrath from the LORD of hosts.”
Zechariah 7:10 -- 12
The mantra of the wicked is to deceive and to cheat for gain, but before that can occur, they must first fabricate an imagination be it believable or not. And sadly those who are unhappy will be first to buy into these ridiculous thoughts because they are seeking relief from the stresses of this every-day life. Regardless of the perils of our lives, we must ALWAYS do that which is “Lawful and Right” according to GOD’s Book of the Law.
THE
“ONENATIONCALENDARCOALITION”
The Israelites who make up the “onenationcalendarcoalition” are no different. This “Coalition” that is very closely associated with Ben Ammi’s blasphemous KOY also speaks of GOD’s Holy Name but follows their own imaginations. And also this “Coalition” obviously gets that “One Nation” business from their Messianic leader, Ben Ammi, who wants to be proclaimed the head of all Israelites and to be called “lord and saviour”. No way in Hell will this ever happen! If the CREATOR GOD did not establish the ONCC as such – AND HE DIDN’T, then they are most presumptuous to call this Coalition “One Nation” anything that is in regard to the Nation of Israel.
Unbeknownst to many, the
“onenationcalendarcoalition” follows the teachings of the Karaites,
Euroopean “Jews”, who started this unfounded and insane “barley search” that
has senselessly divided Israelites and has divined lies. Do note how the Karaites concocted
their information, which has nothing whatsoever to do with GOD’s Statutes:
“What is Abib?
.
Abib indicates a stage in the development of the barley crops. This is
clear from Ex 9,31-32 which describes the devastation caused by the plague of
hail:

"And the flax and the barley were smitten, because the barley was
Abib and the flax was Giv'ol. And the wheat and the spelt were not smitten
because they were dark (Afilot)."
.
The above passage relates that the barley crops were destroyed by the
hail while the wheat and spelt were not damaged. To understand the reason for
this we must look at how grain develops. When grains are early in their
development they are flexible and have a dark green color. As they become ripe
they take on a light yellowish hue and become more brittle. The reason that the
barley was destroyed and the wheat was not is that the barley had reached the
stage in its development called Abib and as a result had become brittle enough
to be damaged by the hail. In contrast, the wheat and spelt were still early
enough in their development, at a stage when they were flexible and not
susceptible to being damaged by hail. The description of the wheat and spelt as
"dark" (Afilot) indicates that they were still in the stage when they
were deep green and had not yet begun to lighten into the light yellowish hue
which characterizes ripe grains. In contrast, the barley had reached the stage
of Abib at which time it was no longer "dark" and at this point it
probably had begun to develop golden streaks.

We know from several passages that barley which is in the state of Abib
has not completely ripened, but has ripened enough so that its seeds can be
eaten parched in fire. Parched barley was a commonly eaten food in ancient
Israel and is mentioned in numerous passages in the Hebrew Bible as either
"Abib parched (Kalui) in fire" (Lev 2,14) or in the abbreviated form
"parched (Kalui/ Kali)" (Lev 23,14; Jos 5,11; 1Sam 17,17; 1Sam 25,18;
2Sam 17,28; Ruth 2,14).
While still early in its development, barley has not yet produced large enough and firm enough seeds to produce food through parching. This early in its development, when the "head" has just come out of the shaft, the seeds are not substantial enough to produce any food. At a later stage, the seeds have grown in size and have filled with liquid. At this point the seeds will shrivel up when parched and will only produce empty skins. Over time the liquid is replaced with dry material and when enough dry material has amassed the seeds will be able to yield "barley parched in fire"

The month of the Abib is the month which commences after the barley has
reached the stage of Abib. 2-3 weeks after the beginning of the month the
barley has moved beyond the stage of Abib and is ready to be brought as the
"wave-sheaf offering" (Hanafat HaOmer). The "wave-sheaf
offering" is a sacrifice brought from the first stalks cut in the harvest
and is brought on the Sunday which falls out during Passover (Hag HaMatzot).

The above information is evidence that the “onenationcalendarcoalition” folk have most certainly learned the customs of the heathen (Jeremiah 10:2) and have dismayed all who seek to follow GOD’s Statutes for determining the Beginning of Months unto Israelites. Even mentioned above is where this coalition got the belief that we should start counting the SEVEN WEEKS following Passover, when the Commandment is to start counting the seven weeks when the sickle is put to the corn (Deuteronomy 16:9).
GOD’s Remnant that HE will call will be Righteous in HIS LAW and worthy of taking pleasure in the KINGDOM that HE will launch – and one that will most certainly NOT be governed by Ashkenazim or the likes of Ben Ammi and his antics.
“And ye shall know
that I am the LORD: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither
executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are
round about you.” Ezekiel 11:12
Therefore, I denounce this “onenationcalendarcoalition”
for its affiliation with Ben Ammi, a firm believer and teacher of the “New
Testament”, and for teaching the “barley search” theory that continues to
deceive many, rather than teach GOD’s Statute that HE has Commanded of us in
Genesis 1:14,15.
“Wherefore the Lord
said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and
with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and
their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: Therefore, behold, I
will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a
marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall
perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid. Woe
unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works
are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?”
Isaiah 29:13 - 15
“And they come unto
thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they
hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they
shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness. And,
lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant
voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do
them not.” Ezekiel 33:31,32
These folks indeed walk after their “own devices”, including this “barley search” theory that is proved to be the imaginations of their wayward and rebellious hearts. As a matter of fact, the mention of barley is made only once in reference to the time the Israelites were down in Egypt. The other times, the mention of it in no way relates to the First Month of our Hebrew New Year. Also barley is mentioned 28 times in the rest of the “Old Testament” but indicates nothing in reference to searching and gathering it for “marking” the BEGINNING of Months unto us. And it comes as no surprise to me that the Book of Ruth mentions a barley harvest but nothing about searching and gathering barley to determine the Season of the Hebrew New Year or Passover. By the way, this book has all the markings of the Ashkenazim, but hey, that’s another can of worms that we must reckon with, including the Book of Esther.
Barley, in Hebrew is called in English phonetics “shi-o-rah”, and there is absolutely nothing rooted in this word to Lawfully verify searching for and gathering it to “mark” our New Year, either. At this late day and age, we are supposed to be restricting our hearts to return to and follow the LAW, as it is advised, i.e., written in Deuteronomy 30:1 – 4. Therefore, we cannot allow ourselves to be deceived by the imaginations of this “onenationcalendarcoalition” that fails to reference GOD’s Book of the Law and/or HIS WORD in the formation of this calendar. That which proves this Coalition to err horribly is based on the fact that their Calendar, first and foremost, is not based on Genesis 1:14,15, as it is written in GOD’s Book of the Law. GOD’s Servants, Priests, teachers, and leaders will come presenting HIS LAW. There will be no misunderstanding concerning their intentions, their instructions, and their teachings – to be sure, they will be adamant about following GOD’s Book of the Law without adding to and without diminishing from it. We will be able to see and understand that GOD’s LAW will be in their hearts.
“And the LORD said

tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou
mayest teach them.”

said, Let thy Thummim and thy Urim be with thy holy one, whom
thou didst prove at Massah, and with whom thou didst strive at the
waters of Meribah;
“They shall teach Jacob thy judgments, and Israel thy law: they shall
put incense before thee, and whole burnt sacrifice upon thine altar.” Deuteronomy 33:8,10 (II
Chronicles 17:8,9)
“For Ezra had
prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to
teach in Israel statutes and judgments.
”And thou, Ezra,
after the wisdom of thy God, that is in thine hand, set magistrates and
judges, which may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all
such as know the laws of thy God; and teach ye them that know them not.” Ezra 7:10,25
“And he set the
priests in their charges, and encouraged them to the service of the house of
the LORD, And said unto the Levites that taught all Israel,
which were holy unto the LORD… it shall not be a burden upon your
shoulders: serve now the LORD your God, and his people Israel,”
II Chronicles 35:3

shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to
the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will
walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD
from Jerusalem.”

“The law of truth
was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace
and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity. For the priest's lips
should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he
is the messenger of the LORD of hosts.” Malachi 2:6,7
There is a plethora of
information in the “Old Testament” to prove that when we turn away from
following GOD’s LAW for the likes of our imaginations that HE not only will
punish us, but HE will also turn us backward and make our knowledge foolish.
“Thus saith the
LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the
LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone;
that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that
turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish;” Isaiah 44:24,25
“When I shall say
to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his
own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be
remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die
for it.” Ezekiel 33:13
And indeed, what could be more foolish than to follow our sick imagination to search and gather barley and think IT can tell us that it is NOW the BEGINNING of Months unto us and ignore what GOD has Commanded in Genesis 1:14,15.
HOW
CAN WE NOT USE GOD’S LAW TO DIRECT ALL OUR WAYS, and that includes the factor
that determines the BEGINNING of Months unto us?
The Holy ONE of Israel said not one thing to even suggest a
barley search for the start of our Hebrew New Year, yet this
“onenationcalendarcoalition” has people believing this unfounded practice. There is even evidence to the contrary. There was
NO BARLEY in the Wilderness, but only Manna to eat. Hence, how could the Israelites search for
it the 40 years they were in the Wilderness?
When are we going to learn to stop
adding to and to stop diminishing from the LAW – the very ideology that caused
our GOD to cast us from HIS Land?
“Ye shall not add
unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from
it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.” Deuteronomy 4:2
“Be ye therefore
very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of
Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to
the left;”
Joshua 23:6
How can we not heed this obvious warning when faced with what this one and what that one declares as GOD’s Commandment/WORD? How can we accept that which specifically would cause us to alter and go against that which is written in GOD’s Book of the Law? BEWARE of what people put before you, and beware of what I bring to you, as well. If what people say is not supported by Isaiah 8:20, then know of a certainty, it is not what THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD OF ISRAEL! We have a measuring stick, so let’s use it!
“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” Isaiah 8:20
“Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them. Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1:6 - 9
“…if the wicked
will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes,
and do that which is LAWFUL AND RIGHT, he shall surely live, he shall not die. All his
transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in
his righteousness that he hath done he shall live.”
Ezekiel 18:21,22
The Holy ONE
of Israel said to keep HIS Law, “For this is your wisdom and your
understanding…”
(Deuteronomy 4:4 – 8)
If GOD’s LAW is
our wisdom and our understanding, wouldn’t that mean that everything we do must
stem from what’s written in this LAW?
And of great import, Isaiah 8:20 speaks volumes to prevent us from following our
imaginations, i.e., the ideals we believe to be the right thing to do but which
most certainly isn’t.
“To the law and to
the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there

hearts, wisdom encourages us to be strong and of good courage and to do

The following
is yet more information that I hope people will read carefully and weigh for
GOD’s Truth, and know that it is not what I have imagined. It is
common knowledge and common sense and requires no interpretation. It would be fruitless to tell people what
they believe is wrong unless substantial evidence can be presented to them to
prove it. Then, if they still reject
it, they do not wish to know the Truth.
We, as Israelites, must live by ways “cast up” – WAYS established by the
Holy ONE of Israel, i.e., the very LAW HE presented to mankind in the BEGINNING
and gave to HIS Covenant People, the Children of Israel. Therefore, we are forbidden to follow the
imaginations of our hearts, and if we do, they will be our downfall.
The people who
believe in and teach this barley-search practice are guilty of misleading
Israelites to live by ways not cast up (Jeremiah 18:15). Please understand that barley is
mentioned not for us to know to gather it, but for us to understand how
effective GOD’s hail and fire was in destroying the plants on the ground.
“And Moses
stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and
the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of
Egypt. So there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such
as there was none like it in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.
And the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt ALL THAT WAS IN THE FIELD,
both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every
tree of the field.”

the barley was smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax

True LawKeepers
are wiser than that. LawKeepers search
for Truth in GOD’s Divine LAW, as well as in HIS WORD to HIS Prophets for
answers and make decisions depending upon what’s written. LawKeepers are well aware not to follow
individuals, groups, and people who have their own agendas and beliefs
unfounded in GOD’s LAW or unheard of in HIS WORD. True LawKeepers try hard not to follow in the footsteps of our
evil and rebellious forefathers, for in doing so, there are grave consequences.
Since this is the “Season” for the growth of barley, as people believe (and I will agree), why then is it necessary to make annual searches for it to mark the start of the New Year? That makes no sense to me. Do we have to look for snow to know it is winter? Do we have to look for falling leaves before we know it is Autumn? Do we need someone to tell us that a month of 85 degree weather means we are in the summer months? Come on, now!
The CREATOR’s
Lighted “Signs” in the Heavens that HE established for mankind in the BEGINNING
determine all these seasons. Hence, we cannot allow ourselves to be
deceived by nonsense – by the imaginations of people’s hearts. We are the wiser now in knowing Our GOD and
HIS LAW and in knowing our true identity.
Let’s, therefore, use this LAW, as it is what makes us the wiser. Honestly, if the CREATOR said to use the
“Lights” in the Heavens for “Sign” for “Seasons, Days, and Years”, there is no
Truth whatsoever to searching for barley.
If you still are not sold on what we have been Commanded to do as an
indicator, more convincing facts follow:
Our GOD-given Lighted “Signs” in the Heavens
are our INDICATORS
For the BEGINNING of months unto us –
NOT a barley search
“By the word of the
LORD were the heavens made;
and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
“Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the
world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he

MONTHS are determined by the
Lighted “Sign” of the sun.
DAYS are determined by the
Lighted “Sign” of the sun. The evening
and the morn (Genesis 1st Chapter).
YEARS are determined by the
Lighted “Sign” of the sun.
New Moon Crescents
are Sighted by the Lighted “Sign” of the sun’s reflection on the moon.
March 19 – 21 (Spring), the time of the “Equinox”
which is determined by the sun. (The
First New Moon Crescent following the Equinox marks the Hebrew New Year.)
There is an
obvious and clear connection denoted in regard to the above Lighted “Signs” in
the Heavens (Genesis 1:14,15) and the words: month, year, time, and season
found in the Hebrew Scriptures listed below, and it should be understood that
“barley” in no way is a part of this Heavenly equation. And to add the “barley search” theory, an
meaningless imagination, is to instigate confusion and discredit and belittle
the CREATOR’s Commandment to use the Lighted “Signs” for “Seasons, Days, and
Years”.
It would be naďve
and unwise to imagine that any of the roles of the Hosts of Heaven changed, as
a result of the CREATOR instituting the BEGINNING of Months unto the Children
of Israel ahead of their coming out of the Land of Egypt. All the Seasons, Days, and Years were all in
place just as they were when the Hosts of Heaven were made. The GOD of Israel only informed the
Israelites of when their New Year would begin.
“And the LORD spake
unto Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying, This month shall
be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first
month of the year to you.” Exodus 12:1,2
“This day came ye
out in the month Abib.” Exodus 13:4
“Thou shalt keep
the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I
commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib;
for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)”

“The feast of
unleavened bread shalt thou keep. Seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread,
as I commanded thee, in the time of the month Abib: for in the

“Thus saith the
LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the
moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the
waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:” Jeremiah 31:35
All the above occurrences
fulfill their roles by the Lighted “Sign” of the SUN that the CREATOR put in
the Heavens specifically for our understanding of “periods of TIME”. Therefore, if in Genesis 1:14,15 we are
Commanded to use the Lighted “Sign” (Sun) in the Heavens to determine the
“Beginning of Months” (Days) unto us, then using barley for this purpose is
strictly out of the question. GOD’s
foolproof wonders are positioned obediently and humbly in the Heavens for our
use, thus, there is no need to follow the imaginations of our hearts and
reinvent other indicators for “Season, Days, and Years”. Thus, we should know how to determine the
BEGINNING of Months unto us - our Hebrew New Year – the Spring Season according
to the time of the equinox and the New Moon Crescent Sighting that follows
(marking the First Day of the BEGINNING of Months). We should realize that if wisdom is obtained by means of
keeping GOD’s LAW (Deuteronomy 4:5-8), then where is wisdom in following the
“barley search” theory for determining the Hebrew New Year - a practice that is
neither found in the LAW nor mentioned at all in the Hebrew Scriptures but
actually defies what is specifically written and Commanded of us to follow in
Genesis 1:14,15?
Moreover, let
us be more appreciative of the CREATIONS in the Heavens. After all, Our CREATOR does not need them;
HE manifest these Wondrous Works for us. Remember, HE desires Dwelling
in the Darkness. Therefore, give THANKS
unto HIM for the Wondrous Works of the Lighted “Signs” in the Heavens, for without
them, we, who need these Lights, especially the Sun, would be lost. Plants need this Great Light in the Heavens
for growth and for our consumption. For
as long as people have traveled the seas throughout the night, they used the
Stars for direction, as well people have used them for Seasons by their
movement in the Heavens.
The following
link is amazing, and I am
sure is an eye opener for those who had no idea that the CREATOR’s Lighted
Stars could be of such significance in our lives, even given Genesis 1:14,15:
Observe the view of the night sky from the same
location over a year.
And we would not
be able to determine Seasons, Days, and Months without the Lighted Crescent
Moon. Therefore, let us be humbled
knowing that we are exceedingly Blessed with these Magnificently designed WORKS
established by the POWERS of Our CREATOR GOD of Israel.
FOLLOWING GOD’S LAW IS ALL THAT MATTERS:
I cannot stress
enough the importance of Isaiah 8:20. If
our leaders ask us to do certain things, and we aren’t sure of them being
Lawful and Right, search the LAW and GOD’s WORD to HIS Prophets. And it does not hurt to ask where that
information can be found in Scripture.
I have a bad habit of out right asking people, “How do you know?” It drives some people nuts. That question oftentimes proceeds out of my
mouth before I can stop it. But that is
my defense mechanism to keep me on the side of GOD’s LAW. You see, I don’t accept or do everything I
hear, and when it comes to the Hebrew Way of life, it has to be written in
GOD’s LAW or in HIS WORD to HIS Prophets, or that which is uttered is not
considered.
“The law of the
LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is
sure,
making wise the simple.
The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the
commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.
The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever:
the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous
altogether.
More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold:
sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there
is great reward.”

I have earnestly asked for information out of the Hebrew Scriptures that would prove that the GOD of Israel required the Israelites to search for barley as a “marker” for the Beginning of Months. It is not there. I have asked what the Israelites used to determine the Beginning of Months the whole while they wandered forty years in the Wilderness. It most certainly was not barley, as the Holy ONE of Israel gave them Manna every morning for their hunger.
“But now our soul is
dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before
our eyes.”
Numbers 11:6
Our GOD of
Israel would not leave us hanging for information. If
HE had told our forefathers to search for barley, don’t you know, it would be
written SOMEWHERE in HIS WORD. By the
same token that we can find where the Holy ONE told our forebears to gather
Manna, we could find just as easily as HE told them to gather barley IF THAT
HAD BEEN THE CASE. However, that most
certainly was not the case, as it is not to be found anywhere!
Finally, stay
with the LAW, as it is written and abandon all imaginations, as there is no
wisdom in following that which is not ordained by Our REDEEMER. Enough of walking backwards. That’s what our forefathers did when they
decided to follow the imaginations of their heart and brought all this Hell
upon our heads. Now, let us resign
ourselves to follow Our GOD of Israel and all that HE has ordained for our Way
of Life.
“And he humbled
thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest
not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth
not live by bread only, BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDETH OUT OF THE MOUTH OF
THE LORD doth man live.” Deuteronomy 8:3
What more did Our
GOD of Israel need to tell us about the Lighted “Signs” in the Heavens for
“Seasons, Days, and Years”? How else
could HE have more eloquently informed us of these determining factors? What else should HE have said? Certainly, HE would not have mentioned
barley because this plant is not a “light” in the Heavens!
The FEAR of the LORD to follow HIS Ways is the beginning of wisdom.
“The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.” Psalm 111:10
The CREATOR
established a Commandment and means of determining Seasons, Days, and Years in
the very BEGINNING of CREATION. These Wonders are attributed
to the CREATOR’s Power and Omnipresence, and they are not to be worshipped. They are for our needs, as we would be lost
in many respects without them.
“… the sun, and the
moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven… which the LORD thy God
hath divided unto
all nations under the whole heaven.”

“O give thanks unto
the LORD; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people.

The CREATOR’s
inventions of Seasons, Days, and Years did not make their debut after the
Israelites left out of Egypt. When the
CREATOR GOD of Israel Delivered the Israelites out of Egypt, HE led them into
the Wilderness to give them the same LAW HE had given to Adam, Noah, and to
Abraham. Also, HE gave them a Calendar
containing Holy Days for them to observe in reverence and PRAISE of HIM for
being the CREATOR of all things, for Delivering them out of Egypt, and for
keeping HIS Promise to give them the Land of Canaan. When the GOD of Israel informed them of their Calendar, HE
changed nothing that HE had Created in the BEGINNING of time. The Hebrew New Year was scheduled to
correlate with the works of HIS already established Heavenly Bodies: the sun, moon, and stars. Nothing that had been Created or said in the
BEGINNING was changed.
To disregard what
we have been Commanded to do fosters following our own imaginations, and
thereby, we enable ourselves to not only add to what’s written, but also
transgress. To include “barley” as a
“marker” for determining the First Month of the Year is not only ridiculous, but
it is unwise, given what we have already been Commanded to do. Other than being a sin, this process is also
deceptive and takes others from GOD’s Paths already cast up. We cannot alter GOD’s intended Ways for
determining “Seasons, Days, and Years”.
“And God said, Let
there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the
night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And
let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the
earth: and it was so.”

“And the LORD spake

Therefore, we cannot use barley as an indicator for the BEGINNING of Months unto us. Barley is NOT a Lighted “Sign” in the Heavens for determining anything. Furthermore, if there is a serious drought, there might not be any barley to use as an indicator, and if February proves to be warmer than usual, the barley could very well become mature at this time (as has indeed happened), causing folks to observe Passover out of Season. However, if we follow GOD’s designated Commandment to use the Lighted “Signs” in the Heavens, we will use HIS flawless means of determining our First Month of the New Year.
People who are determined to follow GOD’s LAW as it is written, cannot accept this “barley theory”, all because it is contrived and nothing more than a fraud to deceive the very Elect (Isaiah 42:1). The Ashkenazim have preached this “barley search” theory for decades and have used it to denote the BEGINNING of Months, when the CREATOR has clearly Commanded that we use HIS Heavenly bodies. That which baffles me is that Israelites embrace this concept without justification and uphold this convoluted reasoning of European “Jews” that is clearly manufactured to bolster their barley scheme, which can have Israelites observing Passover out of Season depending upon whether there is a drought preventing its growth or a warm winter promoting its growth in February. They have their game down purposely to deceive us, be it by so-called “Judaism”, their Talmudic religion, or with an unfounded “barley search” that could cause us to err if we are weak and ignorant of GOD’s LAW and HIS WORD.
No matter how great the mountain of information and scholarship that caters to the imaginations of people’s hearts, wisdom encourages us to be strong and of good courage and to do according to the LAW - not what’s according to mere man. This is the whole Truth of the matter that would have the Nation of Israel in the Land of our inheritance today, had we only been obedient to GOD’s Book of the Law!
The wise must
hold fast to finding “Light” in all that we say and do, and this “Light” is a
gift of the GOD of Israel for our obedience.
We must always do that which is “Lawful and Right”, and application of
this “barley theory” is not GOD’s LAW.
“To the law and to
the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there
is no light in them.”
Isaiah 8:20
The CREATOR Commanded HIS Way of calling the First Month of the year, and people choose to follow their own ways for this purpose. Following the “barley search” theory is analogous with following JC. Regardless of the scholarship surrounding both issues, neither is verified by the WORD of GOD. Only Genesis 1:14,15 can be the determining factor for the BEGINNING of Months unto us. And in the WORDS of the CREATOR GOD of Israel, HE ALONE is the ONE True and Living GOD and SAVIOR (“…there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.” Isaiah 45:21).
To consider
searching and gathering barley to establish the First Month of the Hebrew New
Year and not the Lighted “Signs” in GOD’s Heaven, as HE Commanded, is plain and
simple, following the imaginations of our hearts, acts that have caused us much
pain, suffering, tears, and exile from the Land Our GOD of Israel gave to us
for an inheritance. In following just one
of our imaginations, we are encouraged to follow others to our demise, and this
is what has happened with our forefathers and sadly what we continue to foster
and encourage unto this day.
Following the
imaginations of our hearts also caused the perils and mayhem that now plague
this once beautiful world.
HOW THE IMAGINATIONS OF ISRAELITES
CAUSED THE PERILS THAT PLAGUE US AND THIS
WORLD
“And it shall come
to pass, when thou shalt shew this people all these words,
and they shall say unto thee, Wherefore hath the LORD pronounced all
this great evil
against us? or what is our iniquity?
or what is our sin that we have committed against the LORD our
God?
Then shalt thou say unto them, Because your fathers have forsaken me,
saith the LORD,
and have walked after other gods, and have served them, and have
worshipped them,
and have forsaken me, and have not kept my law;
And ye have done worse than your fathers; for,
behold, ye walk every one after the imagination of his evil heart,
that they may not hearken unto me:

neither ye nor your fathers;

THE GREAT SINS OF THE NATION OF ISRAEL - THE
PEOPLE WHO CONSISTENTLY FOLLOWED AFTER THE IMAGINATIONS OF THEIR EVIL AND
WICKED HEARTS WERE CAST INTO THE HANDS OF THE WORST OF THE HEATHEN:
Our forefathers committed deplorable sins. They rejected the Holy ONE of Israel for false gods and sinful worship and defied HIS every Law, Statute, and Judgment and killed the Prophets and Priests who admonished them for their sins. They were so intolerable, even after the Holy ONE saved them countless times out of the hands of their enemies, that HE just could not take their abominations any more and cast them out of the Land HE gave to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Land HE promised to establish for them and did. HE was true to HIS WORD, Our GOD of Israel cast us into the hands of our enemies, the worst of the heathen to do with us as they choose. HE also gave us the desires of our hearts to worship whichever false god we chose to serve, even unto this day.
“So I gave them up
unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels. Oh that my people
had hearkened unto me, and Israel had walked in my ways! I should
soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries.”

their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called,
none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine
eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.”

than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of

Surely we can
realize what it is like to be in the hands of “the worst of the heathen”. If
not, think about the “Middle Passage” and its horrors onboard the crowded
ships. Think about the Christian Slave
Masters who so cruelly and hatefully enslaved our forefathers leaving us
without our human right to be resettled in our motherlands: Israel and Africa. Think about the US government that provides
no voice for descendants of Slaves.
Think about how Slaves were so barbarically housed, bred for Slavery,
maimed, beaten, and sold to other Slave Masters and separated from their
children and spouses, never to be seen again.
Think about the fact that our captors are the “head” and we are the
“tail” just like the GOD of Israel said it would be if we rejected HIM and HIS
LAW. Think about the greed and
corruption in high places that maintains control of our lives in this country. Think about the inferior schools most of
our children must attend. Think about
the ubiquitous discrimination and racism in all facets of this society that we
must live with. Think about the
nonexistence of an equal distribution of wealth and opportunity for
Blacks. Think about racial profiling
and police brutality with their motto of shoot first and ask questions
later. Think about all the lynchings
and other heinous crimes that yet exist without recrimination. Think about the defiled food we are
compelled to eat and the diseases of Egypt that kill at every turn. Think about the polluted air we must breathe
and polluted water we must drink in this place. And when you consider all these facts, you will know that you are
in the hands of “the worst of the heathen” – the people who are in control
because of our sins against Our GOD of Israel.
Yes, read the Hebrew Scriptures and see that we are responsible for Our
GOD allowing these people to rule HIS Earth – the people who will look you dead
in your face and tell us, “I am in no way to blame for your enslavement.”
If GOD’s Curse
upon the Nation of Israel was to put us in the hands of the worst of the
heathen, then for sure misery, affliction, and painful suffering would be the
extent of our days – no peace of mind and no hope for the weary. We would be under their control, assimilated
in their societies, and worshipping their gods.
“Violence is risen
up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their
multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for
them. The time is come, the day draweth near: let not the buyer rejoice, nor
the seller mourn: for wrath is upon all the multitude thereof. For
the seller shall not return to that which is sold, although they were yet
alive: for the vision is touching the whole multitude thereof, which
shall not return; neither shall any strengthen himself in the iniquity of his
life.” Ezekiel 7:11 – 13
“And I will give it
into the hands of the strangers for a prey, and to the wicked of the earth for
a spoil; and they shall pollute it. My face will I turn also from them,
and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into
it, and defile it.” Ezekiel 7:21,22
“Destruction
cometh; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none. Mischief shall come
upon mischief, and rumour shall be upon rumour; then shall they seek a
vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel
from the ancients. The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed
with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I
will do unto them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge
them; and they shall know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 7:25 - 27

to pass, that as the LORD rejoiced over you to do you good, and to
multiply you; so the LORD will rejoice over you to destroy you, and to bring
you to nought; and ye shall be plucked from off the land whither thou goest to
possess it. And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the
one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other
gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and

Haven’t we had
enough? Where are any signs anywhere that will lead us
to believe that things are getting better for us in this Hell Hole? Our GOD of Israel awaits us, and believe me,
time is running out. We have no
alternative but to return to HIM and HIS Ways of Righteousness or remain “Dry
Bones” and be judged with the wicked of this world.
“I will go and
return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in
their affliction they will seek me early.” Hosea 5:15
SO, WHAT ARE OUR OFFENCES AGAINST OUR GOD OF
ISRAEL, O ISRAEL?
“Hear, O heavens,
and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and
brought up children, and they have rebelled against me.” Isaiah 1:2

a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have

unto thee, Wherefore hath the LORD pronounced all this great evil against
us? or what is our iniquity? or what is our sin that we have
committed against the LORD our God? Then shalt thou say unto them, Because your
fathers have forsaken me, saith the LORD, and have walked after other gods, and
have served them, and have worshipped them, and have forsaken me, and have not
kept my law; And ye have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye walk
every one after the imagination of his evil heart, that they may not hearken
unto me: Therefore will I cast you out of this land into a land that ye know
not, neither ye nor your fathers; and there shall ye serve other gods
day and night; where I will not shew you favour.” Jeremiah 16:10 - 13
“All that found
them have devoured them: and their adversaries said, We offend not, because they
have sinned against the LORD, the habitation of justice, even the LORD, the
hope of their fathers.”
Jeremiah 50:7
Yes, Israel,
all this suppression and isolation and overwhelming pain and suffering that
harms us and that exists throughout this once beautiful Earth is all our
fault!!! Had we been obedient, we would have
fulfilled the purpose for which we were formed, which is to show all nations
and peoples that Our GOD of Israel is the CREATOR GOD, the ONE True and Living
GOD, that is due ALL THE PRAISE AND GLORY, and that we must ALL live by HIS
Righteous LAW if there is to be any peace and happiness on this HIS planet
Earth. Our forefathers failed in this
objective, and now Our Merciful GOD of Israel is giving us the opportunity to
fulfill this goal, if we will only be obedient to HIS LAW and HIS WORD this
time around.
WE DESPERATELY NEED OUR GOD TO RETURN TO US:
And it will not
happen if we are in any way disobedient to HIS LAW. As we strive to RETURN to Our GOD in Righteousness, according to HIS
Ways, we need HIM with us, and as it has been proven, HE is only with us when
we choose HIS LAW and HIS WORD at the mouth of HIS Prophets and are willing to
live by HIS Paths of Righteousness.
How can we expect Our GOD of Israel to return to us if we will continue to commit the gross violations of rejecting HIS Righteous LAW, be it in part or in whole, the only place from which we can obtain our WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING?
“For what nation is
there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD
our God is in all things that we call upon him for? And
what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so
righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?” Deuteronomy 4:7,8
We must acknowledge our sins and the sins of our forefathers and be of a humble and contrite spirit enabling our hearts and mind to embrace Our GOD of Israel to do all that HE requires of us.
“And now, Israel,
what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to
walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all
thy heart and with all thy soul, To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his
statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good? Behold, the heaven
and the heaven of heavens is the LORD'S thy God, the earth also,
with all that therein is. Only the LORD had a delight in thy
fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above
all people, as it is this day. Circumcise therefore the foreskin of
your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. For the LORD your God is
God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which
regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward: He doth execute the judgment of
the fatherless and widow, and loveth the stranger, in giving him food and
raiment.”
Deuteronomy 10:12 – 18
“Thou shalt fear
the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear
by his name. He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done
for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen.” Deuteronomy 10:20,21
Let us get
back on track. We know what we must do, and there will be nothing in our way to
prevent it, unless we succumb to weakness and allow ourselves to be led by
people who neither know nor understand the Righteous Walk of Life that Our
CREATOR GOD of Israel has set before us to live and do.
May all Israel
who is open to learning the Righteous Ways of the GOD of Israel be Blessed to
always follow HIS Book of the Law and make IT their LIFE.

I hope your
Passover Week was a good one – one spent with family and friends taking delight
in remembering the MIGHTY HAND of the GOD of Israel for Delivering our
forefathers out of Egypt, as well as in prayer humbly requesting manifestation
of the Second Deliverance out of all Gentile lands into the Wilderness to weed
out the rebels.
“And it shall come
to pass in that day,
that the Lord shall set his hand again the
second time
to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria,
and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from
Shinar,
and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
“And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the
outcasts of Israel,
and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the
earth.”
Isaiah

“As I live, saith the
Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm,
and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:
wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand,
and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.
And I will bring you into the
wilderness of the people,
and there will I plead with you face to face.
Like as I pleaded with your
fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt,
so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD.
And I will cause you to pass
under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant:
And I will purge out from among
you the rebels, and them that transgress against me:
I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn,
and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that
