WATCH
Introduction
As we enter the season of Passover one of the subjects of its observance calls for a lack of the use of leavening, which is generally a prime ingredient for most of our bread foods.
Concerning leavening agents, one household product used religiously in countless American kitchens for decades and helps fashion plates of golden muffins, cornbread, cakes, and cookies has in the mix one ingredient which may lay claim as the Baron robber of memory. The familiar can with the girl holding a plate of fluffy biscuits or the familiar muted red can which holds promise for stacks of pancakes, bread, and other mouth watering pastries waiting to satiate the hungry palate hardly presents as the culprit for potential brain deterioration and total thought entrapment.
Baking powder, the leavening agent used by cooks for years wait now under the scrutiny of the health conscious and numerous researchers for a clean bill of health. Just as saccharin before it bore the brunt of scrutiny, as did the great cancer scare of the sixties, sodium aluminum sulfate (Baking powder) has proven in recent years to be suspect in the rising numbers of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
Alzheimer's
disease the scourge of 20th century health has devastated families, disconnected
fathers to sons and mothers to daughters.
It is somehow tragic to think
that an ingredient in the foods we eat may be the key.
For years
families have come home after countless hours at work or school to be rewarded
by foods prepared with love and attention to detail as the most learned rocket
scientist prepares fuel for rocket propulsion. Measuring each ingredient by spoon or
cupful, the family cook has gone about the task of creating for the family
tables crusty morsels of food probably
containing this ingredient of potential disaster.
Aluminum a
natural occurring chemical has been used in food production since modern food
preparation has been known.
However, recent information has brought to light about its accumulated
effects when stored in the body over time.
Baking powder and other products
containing aluminum have led to researchers to consider them suspect in memory
loss.
Aluminum in
the preparation of antiperspirants has also come under suspicion. Deodorants
containing natural ingredients should be substituted. Tom's brand and also Ahera All Natural
ROLL-ON DEODORANT contain no harsh ingredients.
As for alternatives to the baking powder we have all come to know and love, there are alternatives out there without Aluminum. One brand out of Canada called ENCORE GOURMET BAKING POWDER does not contain this aluminum.
At this time of Passover we are reminded of the need to leave out the leavening agents in our breadstuffs for seven days to remind us of the haste with which our Israelite forebears had to flee Egypt. However in retrospect we may have to evaluate this leavening agent with much more scrutiny and for much longer than the required 7-day-abstinence. We will have to evaluate it for our future health for all time.

Last month I received a notice from someone informing me about “Heating Foods in the Microwave,” and for the life of me, I can’t find the E-mail, and I do not remember who sent it. I just snatched this info and passed it right on. Now, I regret so much not being able to give him/her recognition. In any case, please read that very important notice below:
On Channel 2 this morning… They had a Dr. Edward Fujimoto from Castle Hospital on the program. He is the manager of the Wellness Program at the hospital. He was talking about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics release dioxins into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.
Dioxins are carcinogens and highly toxic to the cells of our bodies. Instead, he recommends using glass, Corning Ware, or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results without the dioxins. So such things as TV dinners, instant saimin and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn't bad, but you don't know what is in the paper.
Just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He said we might remember when some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

A few days later, I received another E-mail notice this time from Kathy McDonald, and this one is equally as important for us to know. It follows:
A preventative way to assist your body in ridding itself of dioxins and free radical cells is to take a daily dose of Vitamin E.
If you haven't started, jump on the bandwagon. Free radicals are the cells that love to form tumors, so you know what they say, “An once of prevention goes a long way,” and in this instance, it slaps ‘em before they can start!!!

Israelites received Reparations for their free labor when they left out of Egypt

EDITORIAL PERSPECTIVE:
Passover is most certainly upon us, and I hope that everyone is, by now, in preparation for it. I say this although I realize that some Brothers and Sisters celebrated Passover in March in accord with the White Jewish Calendar.
Please permit me to say that there are some of us who follow the “Barley Watch” and some who follow the New Moon “Sighting” that falls on or after the “spring equinox” (March 20,21) for determining the start of the New Year. Obviously, for each New Year, I am among those who follow the New Moon “Sighting” that falls on or after the “spring equinox,” which has everything to do with using the “Lights” in the heavens to determine our seasons, days, and New Years.
It might come as a surprise to those who follow the “Barley Watch” or the White Jewish system “Dark Phase” for the New Year and Passover, that last year’s Passover fell on April 8th/9th, and this years Passover fell on March 28th/29th. This means that those who do not use the New Moon “Sighting” on or after the “spring equinox” have observed two Passovers in one solar year. Needless to say, there is something wrong with this picture!
The following is very interesting information that one might consider as we go about trying to determine the actual start of our Hebrew New Year. This documentation entails Gentiles inserting months into the calendar year and at their discretion. It is my hope and prayer that these revelations will cause us to realize that we must delve deeper for a better understanding of Genesis 1:14 and our Hebrew Calendar.
“Ancient Calendars: The earliest complete calendars were probably based on lunar observations. The Moon's phases occur over an easily observed interval, the month; religious authorities declared a month to have begun when they first saw the new crescent Moon. During cloudy weather, when it was impossible to see the Moon, the beginning of the month was determined by calculation. The interval from new moon to new moon, called a synodic month, is about 29.53 days. Hence, calendar months contained either 29 or 30 days. Twelve lunar months, which total 354.36 days, form a lunar year, almost 11 days shorter than a tropical year.
“A lunar year is not suitable for agricultural purposes. To keep in step with the Sun, lunar-solar calendars were formed by adding an additional (leap) month when the observation of crops made it seem necessary. Hundreds of such calendars, with variations, were formed at various times in such different areas as Mesopotamia, Greece, Rome, India, and China.” The 1996 GROLIER Multimedia Encyclopedia

“Because the year is not exactly divisible by months and days, the practice arose of making arbitrary divisions and inserting extra (intercalary) days or months.” The Concise Columbia Encyclopedia, Third Edition Found on page, 133 under the entry word “calendar.”
“The ancient Babylonians had a lunisolar calendar of 12 lunar months of 30 days each, and they added extra months when necessary to keep the calendar in line with the seasons of the year. The ancient Egyptians were the first to replace the lunar calendar with a calendar based on the solar year. They measured the solar year as 365 days, divided into 12 months of 30 days each, with 5 extra days at the end. About 238 B.C. King Ptolemy III ordered that an extra day be added to every fourth year, which was therefore similar to the modern leap year. In ancient Greece a lunisolar calendar was in use, with a year of 354 days. The Greeks were the first to intercalate extra months into the calendar on a scientific basis, adding months at specific intervals in a cycle of solar years.
”The Jewish calendar, derived from the ancient Hebrew calendar, has remained unchanged since about A.D. 900. It is the official calendar of the modern state of Israel and is used by Jewish people throughout the world as a religious calendar… The Jewish calendar is lunisolar, based on lunar months alternately of 29 and 30 days. As we well know, the so-called Jews couldn’t have been more adept at the use of intercalary (inserting) months:
“The scholars exerted their authority even outside of Palestine. They continued the practice of regulating the calendar, which had always been the prerogative of the Sanhedrin. At this time the calendar was still fixed by direct observation. A month began when the new moon was seen by two witnesses and testimony to the effect given before the high court. A year of twelve lunar months amounts only to about 354 days, so that it falls behind the solar year very rapidly. When the scholars saw that Passover was scheduled to fall too early – before the first grain would be ripe – they would add an additional month to the year.” Page 114 The Story of JUDAISM by Bernard J. “Year 361 C.E. - During the 20-month respite of Julian’s reign…Hillel II who was Nassi in Eretz Yisrael, called a session of the Talmud scholars and established the continuous calendar system that no longer required monthly moon sightings… This system is still used today [Mmn.Kid.Hach.5.3/Ramban Sefer HaZechut Git.34b(Rif. 18a)/Dor.Har.5.24-5, 375-6, 348, 393-8].” The Jewish Time Line Encyclopedia, Page 117
Strange as it may seem, “man,” be he Israelite, Converted “Jew,” or other Gentile, has always felt like he knows better than the All-Mighty Creator. Since the beginning of time, we’ve had perfect guidelines set by the True and Living GOD for determining a Calendar (Genesis 1:14), as well as a Righteous Way of Life, and when these Divine Ways are followed they work flawlessly!
“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven…and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and for years.” Genesis 1:14
“Calendar. During the Bible period time was
reckoned solely on astronomical observations. Days, months, and years were determined
by the sun and moon… The Jewish day
began in the evening with the appearance of the first stars… The Jewish week had
its origin in the Creation account, and ran consecutively irrespective of lunar
or solar cycles… The Hebrew month
began with the new moon. Before the exile months were designated by
numbers. After the exile names
adopted from the Babylonians were used.”

Man, as you can see, be he Israelite or Gentile, has the ubiquitous propensity to add to and/or take from whatever GOD has Commanded and assigned for us, and this tampering with HIS Ways has resulted in our demise EVERY SINGLE TIME.
When
following the flow of the New Moons, exactly as the Creator orders them, and the
solar Spring seasons, as we are Commanded to do in Genesis 1:14 and NOT the “Barley Watch” as “man” has
ordained, we have a perfectly DIVINE Calendar “made in Heaven.” Why would we want anything more or
less than this?! And how can
we even imagine producing anything better?
We are mere creatures, and we
require GOD’s direction. Let’s take
it, be grateful, and REJOICE!
Another serious issue that I would like to bring to light is that many Brothers and Sisters falsely believe that we cannot observe Passover in exile. The mere fact that the Children of Israel kept Passover in Egypt and in the Wilderness proves this belief to be a complete misrepresentation of GOD’s Truth. There is nothing that we can do to duplicate the Passover of the night in Egypt, but we can most certainly keep it as a “MEMORIAL,” as Commanded. The Holy ONE wants HIS People and the World to know of HIS Love for HIS Chosen People, to know of HIS Power and Might in bringing the Children of Israel out of Egypt, and to know that HE is the ONLY TRUE AND LIVING GOD and that HE ALONE is to be FEARED. This is the reason why the descendants of the Biblical Israelites must observe Passover “FOREVER.” Therefore, why would the Holy ONE NOT want us to observe Passover in exile in our generations? To NOT keep Passover would diminish from its importance, which is to Exalt and give ALL the GLORY to the Holy ONE of Israel for SAVING the Nation of Israel out of Egypt.
"And ye shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your generations by an ordinance FOR EVER." Exodus 12:17 (Caps. are mine.)
“And they kept the Passover on the fourteenth day of the first month at even in the wilderness of Sinai: according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so did the children of Israel.” Numbers 9:5
If
we would just follow GOD’s Book of the Law, there would be no reason to assume
anything, and the reason is that everything we need to know and do is outlined
right there in GOD’s Book of the Law.
Regarding whether we are to keep this observance in exile or not, please
realize that the Children of Israel were COMMANDED to keep Passover and two
other Holy Days in Jerusalem (the place GOD chose: Deuteronomy 16th Chapter) AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME. Quite naturally, being in the
Wilderness, the Israelites could not keep these Holy Days in the land of Israel,
and let’s not forget that they were there, albeit, for 40 years due to, what
else, DISOBEDIENCE. Of all our
getting, we must get an understanding!
If our GOD of Israel, that saved the Nation of Israel by HIS Great Hand
out of bondage in Egypt, told us to observe Passover “FOREVER,” then I think
that this is what we must do whether we are in the land or in exile. And by the way, the COMMANDMENT to sacrifice a lamb for
Passover was not only given to the Priests but to “all the congregation
of Israel…and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall
kill it in the evening” (Exodus 12:3,6). When you stop and think about it, there
were not enough Priests to administer this sacrifice for every “household” in
the Nation of Israel in the evening of Passover.
Right now, seeing eye-to-eye about living and doing GOD’s Book of the Law, OUR Hebrew Calendar, and our Holy Days are the most important tasks that lie before us. Nothing else should take precedence in our lives for Our Holy ONE of Israel and HIS Law is OUR LIFE!
“…thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for HE IS THY LIFE, AND THE LENGTH OF THY DAYS…” Deuteronomy 30:20

We must start following
GOD’s Book of the Law as it is
written without adding the imaginations of our hearts and without doing what
we choose.
This Passover season, I am devoting my total concentration to prayer and meditation beseeching Our Holy ONE of Israel to DELIVER us from this World bondage just as HE Delivered our forefathers out of Egyptian. And come what may, I shall beg HIM not to prolong the days but to deal with the Rulers of this World and to fulfill Isaiah 10:20,21.

it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are
escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote
them; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in
truth.

CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE,

Dear GOD of My Fathers, GOD
of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,
I beseech you, Heavenly Father, to hear my plea to consider all that I have to say to you regarding the Covenant you have made with my forefathers, the evil and unrighteous actions and wicked and immoral Sins of my people to worship false gods, the curses you have placed upon us, and your* promises to be with those who return to you and to your righteous Law, and the righteous Remnant that you will call. And I also wish to make a request for the Strangers who seek to follow You to keep your righteous and Holy Law.
Father of Israel, you so compassionately chose Abraham and made a Covenant with him so that you could establish his Seed a Holy People unto Yourself. That Covenant, You have made to stand forever for your Holy Name’s Sake. Blessed are YOU, O Lord My GOD for in light of all the Sins of your Chosen People Israel, your Hands are stretched out still. You yet await the House of Israel to return to You in truth and in righteousness. I thank You, Heavenly Father for your undying love and compassion for the Nation of Israel and for not casting us off forever for our Sins against you, but rather for your establishing in the Scriptures by one Prophet after the other that the Nation of Israel is your focus, your Chosen People above all Nations on the Earth. Your Covenant was not only made with Abraham, but with Isaac, Jacob, and with Jacob’s twelve (12) sons, and for us, their Seed, living today. And this great Covenant is yet valid and binding for your Holy Name’s Sake. Father, let those of us who believe in you and in your Law be considered. Hear our prayers. Let us renew this great Covenant, and let Israel live in your sight to serve and worship you and show the entire World that you are yet the GOD of Israel, the Great and Dreadful GOD that is merciful to all who seek YOU in Righteousness to do your Will.
Cause the
World to know and understand that YOU are the Father of the descendants of
slaves, yes, those whose forebears were involved in the African Slave
Trade. Make the rulers of this World realize that
many of us descendants of slaves are your Covenant People. Let them know the magnitude of what
they have done. Show them, Father and cause them to make
amends for their merciless acts against us, your Chosen People,
Israel.
In the past (and even now), your People, the Nation of Israel, Father,
have without a doubt greatly Sinned against you and have forsaken you for many,
many false gods even since your miraculous deliverance of our forefathers out of
the land of Egypt. You have
given us a most divine Law to sustain us, to provide us with wisdom and
knowledge and great understanding.
You held back nothing from us,
and even for those of us living today, your Law is still available and awaiting
us, your people, to accept it as your True Paths of Righteousness. And indeed, many of us still do not
return to you and to your “Master
Plan” established to make us the Holy People that you so much wish for us to
be. And yes, too many of us still
seek to believe and trust in any and everything but you, Heavenly Father, and
specifically, in JC and other idols that even our forefathers knew nothing of,
and that have nothing whatsoever to do with YOU and your Righteous Laws and
Ordinances. Hence, many of us still
commit great Sins against you, Lord GOD of Israel, by refusing to hear your
Truth, and by maintaining the use of the doctrines of false worship. And those of us who continue on this
unrighteous path are worthy of your wrath, Heavenly Father. We have Sinned and done wickedly against
you and against all that you represent.
But I beg of you to have mercy on
those of us who seek to follow you and who take pride in upholding and keeping
your Law for your Praise and Glory so that the World will see the True and
Living GOD, the All-Mighty, Merciful GOD of Israel that found favor with Noah,
that Chose Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and that will save a Righteous Remnant of
HIS People for HIS Holy Name’s Sake.
Heavenly Father, have mercy on your People who seek to follow you, who have returned to you to keep your Laws, who seek to be taught to live and do your Law in truth and in righteousness. Consider our forefathers, Abraham, Moses, Kings David and Solomon. What would they say, Lord GOD of Israel, if they could see the predicament of their SEED as it is now? Abraham’s tears would run down like a river at seeing his descendants scattered all over the World and under the rule of Gentile nations. Moses, too, would be sorrowful because all the warnings he had left still were not enough to cause the Nation of Israel to take heed to fear YOU* and Keep YOUR* Commandments. King David would ask the same question over and over again about the Righteous Kingdom that he had left to his son. And King Solomon would walk Jerusalem looking for the remains of the glorious Temple that he had built specifically for the GOD of Israel. They would all wish and pray that you, Heavenly Father, would hurriedly gather the Remnant that seeks YOU before the whole of the Nation of Israel is caught up in this unrighteous and sinful World.
Remember, Father that you have promised to put your Laws and your Spirit in our hearts. You must, Father; you must for your Truth’s Sake. We are by nature a most rebellious and stiffnecked people and are easily influenced by wicked doers. Don’t prolong the days, Lord GOD of Israel; don’t leave us exposed to the evils of this present World system and the unrighteous peoples upon this globe who have no regard for your Truth and your Ordinances and even seek to denounce them. Lord, please, make us what you want us to be, make us your Righteous Servants, and teach us your Law as you promised that you would.
Heavenly
Father, I beg of you to hear me for I pray to you for myself and for My People
who desire to do your Will, who seek your Righteous Paths, and who fear YOU and
your wrath upon this Earth. Have Mercy, Dear GOD of my fathers; have
Mercy so that we can live to make it known that you are the True and Living GOD
and that there is none else.
Recover the Remnant, Father, save us from the lands of our captivity as you promised, deal with our captors, show them that you have taken control from them to be rulers over us, and that you are calling your Chosen People home to be re-established in their homeland for your Praise. You promised, Heavenly Father, and I, in behalf of My People who seek to follow you, am begging you to consider, now, and not delay, to forgive us for our Sins against YOU and cause our captivity to return.
Some of us have considered our wrong doings, Father. Some of us want to come home. For that reason, indeed, and as you wish, let us plead together and let
those of us who seek you in righteousness come together to learn of your
Righteous Ways so that we may represent YOU and your Holy Law and show the World
your Truth so that all who seek YOU will get the opportunity to know and fear
the Most High GOD of Israel, the True and Living GOD of Hosts, the Only True GOD
that exists.
Heavenly Father, we have seen your Wrath upon this globe in every
form. We have seen the changes in
weather patterns and horrendous storms that have destroyed homes, jobs, and many
lives. We have seen the
earthquakes, wars, riots, and discord on almost every continent, economic
catastrophes, crises, ruler against ruler, and Nation against Nation throughout
the World bringing about hatred and disdain that will undoubtedly lead to the
fall of many governments and countries.
But save us, Lord GOD of Israel,
from the chaos and confusion that prevails and hide us as you move upon this
Earth bringing about disorder and the downfall of the Gentile World
Powers. Save all of us, Lord GOD of Israel, who
hope in your mercy and believe and trust in ONLY YOU! Save us from the lands of our captors
and bring the Righteous Remnant home; please, Heavenly Father. Have mercy on those who seek to
return.
And finally, Father, I beg of you to have mercy on the Stranger, the Gentiles, who hope in your mercy and seek to join themselves unto YOU. There are those of them who fear you and seek to also keep your Law and have respect for your delight in your People, Israel. Have mercy on them, GOD of Abraham as you have promised “that your house shall be called a house of prayer for all people.“ Some are just waiting for the opportunity to aid and assist in the Exodus home of your people Israel. Some of them have the authority and the ability to help us, Father. Therefore, Lord GOD of my fathers, be with them also, and spare all who seek to keep your Law in righteousness.
Consider my prayer, Holy ONE of
Israel. I am but a small light in
your favor and seeking to shine for your Righteous Name’s Sake. Be with me, All-Mighty GOD of Israel,
lead me and guide me, touch my mouth, and put your laws and spirit in my heart
and within all of your Chosen People who have returned to you so that we will
forever show forth your Praise and Glorify for YOU and Your Law throughout this
unrighteous and wicked World. Be Merciful, Heavenly Father, hear my
prayer and consider for your Holy Name’s Sake and for your Praise so that every
knee will bow to worship YOU and so that all peoples will rejoice in Your Truths
and the Righteous Ways you have established for your People
Israel.
Bring your People home, Father, all those who desire to return so that we can establish your Righteous Kingdom and your assured Peace upon this Earth.

looking through printed copies standing a foot high for a paper I wrote several
years ago, ironically, I found the above prayer written to YIHOVAH three years
ago that I chose to publish for this Passover season. Please pray with me for the DELIVERANCE of
the Children of Israel out of yet another horrible and barbaric bondage – a
captivity that has not only removed us from our heritage but has completely
erased the truth of our being the biological descendants of the Biblical
Israelites from the annals of history.
However, we must know and realize
that since Our Holy ONE heard the prayers of our forefathers down in Egypt, we,
therefore, must believe that HE will again hear ours and DELIVER us a “SECOND
