Tribute to the New Moon Revised:

The service of this solar/lunar calendar of TORAH READINGS is by definition using the “LIGHTS” of the sun and moon, according to Genesis 1:14, to number the “days” of each month.  And the dark phases of the moon cooperatively and conveniently provide a break between the months.  If there were no dark phases of the moon, we would have a tough time determining when one month ended and when another would begin.  Hence, because the Commandment is to use the “Lights” in the Heavens for “Signs” for seasons, days, and years, the New Moon Crescent is what provides us with our first lights of each new month and these lights continue waxing and waning until they are diminished to the dark phases.  And then in two to three days, the New Moon Crescent reappears again starting the First Day of another new month.

Realizing that even some Israelites use the dark phase of the moon to call the new month, I would like to add one obvious fact.  By definition, there can only be a “New Moon,” per se, after the dark phase interval and when the New Moon Crescent reappears, thus, we understand the concept of having a “New” moon. 

If the dark phase of the moon begins the First Day of the month, then when the New Moon Crescent is “Sighted” that could approximately be as far into the month as the Fourth Day, i.e., the appearance of the “Light” in the Heavens could possibly fall on the Fourth Day.  It makes no sense to start to count the first dark phase of the moon as being the First Day of the month, as this process disregards the use of the “Light” in the Heavens to determine our “days,” as we are Commanded to do in Genesis 1:14.  Consider what King David said in I Samuel 20:24:  “…when the New Moon was come…”  He had to be speaking about the New Moon Crescent, as we are unable to “Sight” the appearance of the dark phase or rather see it “come.”

It’s the absence of seeing the moon for forty-eight or more hours that enables us to identify the approaching Crescent “Sign” in the Heavens (mentioned in Genesis 1:14) that recognizes the moon as being “New.”    And upon “Sighting” this “New” Crescent” we distinguish it as being the “New Moon” and the time of the New Month, as well.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Hebrew New Year is also determined by the “LIGHTS” in the Heavens and not by the “sighting of barley,” as some Black Hebrew Israelites and European “Jews” advocate.

START THE NEW MOON WATCH ON THE EVENINGS OF

BY LOOKING IN THE “WEST” JUST ABOVE THE HORIZON.

“He appointed the moon for seasons…”

Psalm 104:19

The first “Sign” in the Heavens to provide the start of days, years and “seasons” can only begin with the “Sighting” of the New Moon Crescent - that which we can “see” in order for it to serve as a “Sign” and enable us to begin counting our days and months.   Just imagine not being able to “see” the moon at all.  How then could it be appointed for a “Sign” or for “seasons”?

“The natural thought might be that the moon is like a living being.  It is born, grows, reaches maximum size, then fades and dies, going through all these stages in one month.  Even today, we still talk of the thin crescent in the western sky as a new moon and the thin crescent in the eastern sky a month later as the old moon.  Half way between is the full moon.  As I explained earlier, this cycle of phases of the moon established the month as a unit of time, and the first calendars were based on this.”   ISAAC ASIMOV’S GUIDE TO EARTH AND SPACE, pages 79 and 80

In that the King of Israel is supposed to be a “Righteous Judge” (II Chronicles 1:11), it stands to reason that he is also supposed to be a “Righteous Role Model.”  Thus, if the King that GOD appoints over Israel observes a “feast” on the day of the New Moon, then wisdom tells the Nation of Israel to do likewise.  King Saul and the anointed David observed this service (I Samuel 20th Chapter).

To their and our hurt our forefathers worshipped all manner of symbols:  the sun, moon, stars, and images of gold and silver.  To observe the “Sign” in the heavens as being the New Moon “Sighting” is NOT worshipping the moon, but rather it is doing as we are COMMANDED in Genesis 1:14:

“And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:”

Some people feel that the moon has no “light,” but according to GOD’s WORD to HIS Prophets, it most certainly does:  Isaiah 13:10; Isaiah 30:26; Jeremiah 31:35; Ezekiel 32:7.

“Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed,

on our solemn feast day.

“Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings,

and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God:  I am the LORD your God.”  

Numbers 10:10

Contrary to the belief of some Israelites, the moon does indeed shine!  Even if the Moon shines with the aid of the sun, i.e., reflects the light of the sun, IT STILL SHINES!  And the fact that Scripture attests to this fact, is what’s important:  Isaiah 60:19; Jeremiah 31:35; and Ezekiel 32:7.  Therefore, Genesis 1:14 is proof enough that we must use the shining New Moon Crescents as “…SIGNS, AND FOR SEASONS, AND FOR DAYS, AND FOR YEARS:”

Some Israelites, along with White Jews, use the dark phase of the moon to determine the start of a new month.  If the dark phase of the moon lasts for “2-3 days,” then which of these days is supposed to be the distinguishing “Sign” that determines the First Day of the month?  Or do we just arbitrarily select either/or depending on the imaginations of our hearts?  

On the contrary, with the use of the sighted “Sign” of the New Moon Crescent in the Heavens we eliminate any confusion as to which day IS the First Day of the month. 

“So David hid himself in the field: and WHEN THE NEW MOON WAS COME, the king sat him down to eat meat.”   I Samuel 20:24

At the time of the dark phases of the moon (generally 2-3 days), as previously written, there is no “moon” in SIGHT.  Therefore, I Samuel 20:24 sheds more light on Genesis 1:14.  “WHEN THE NEW MOON WAS COME,” is clearly telling readers that this is a reference to a visible “Moon Crescent Sighting”  - the light in the firmament…i.e., the “Sign” for (lunar) days.  Thus, if we are to count all the lunar days (29.5) in a month, it only makes sense to start counting from the New Moon Crescent “when the New Moon was come” and NOT from the dark phases at the end of the month, which do not emit any “sign” or “light” in the heavens.

The only problem that presents itself when using the “New Moon Sighting” to call the First Day of the month is cloud coverage, as this prevents the ability to see the New Moon Crescent.   Nonetheless, when “Sighted,” one can easily distinguish the New Moon Crescent from all the other phases due to its thin sliver and its low position in the heavens.  And the reason is that no two days or rather phases of the visible moon are alike.  Hence, to use the New Moon Crescent as the “Sign” in the heavens, as we are COMMANDED to do for our seasons, days, and years, negates the belief that the “commandment was given to the luminaries.”  The “luminaries” fulfill GOD’s Commandments:  the sun shines and the moon orbits the Earth.  They have no need to determine seasons, days, and years.  Hence, our New Moons are obviously of more spiritual significance to the Nation of Israel than we are aware.  And for sure, the TRUTH concerning them are in GOD’s WORD to HIS Prophets/Seers - not the White Jews or other Gentiles.  All we need do is use wisdom, discern what’s written in Scripture, accept it, and act accordingly!

“Then Solomon offered burnt offerings unto the LORD on the altar of the LORD, which he had built before the porch,

“Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths, and on the new moons, and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, even in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of weeks, and in the feast of tabernacles.” II Chronicles 8:12,13

Unless there is an emergency, please try not to buy or sell on this day.  Conduct all financial and business transactions prior to the day of the New Moon.  Interesting enough, II Kings 4:23,24 constitutes the New Moon as being a day to seek “the man of God.”  Although the New Moon is NOT a Day of Rest, Our GOD did set it aside for recognition:

“Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day.”   Psalm 81:3

“And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one Sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.”   Isaiah 66:23

“…When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn?…”   Amos 8:5

Probably, the Scripture that most determines and clarifies the fact that our New Moons are Feast Days is Ezekiel 45:17:

“And it shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the NEW MOONS, and in the Sabbaths, in ALL SOLEMNITIES of the house of Israel:  he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the HOUSE OF ISRAEL.”   (Caps. are mine.)

Unequivocally, our New Moons are included in these “SOLEMNITIES” mentioned in Ezekiel 45:17.

“Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before the LORD in the Sabbaths [Feasts – NOT 7th Day Sabbaths*] and in the NEW MOONS.”   Ezekiel 46:3   (Brackets are mine.)

Thereby, this verse justifies the First Day of each month being our “Feast” Day.  It should be realized that the Feast Days that Our GOD selected (Leviticus 23rd Chapter) are “Holy Convocations,” i.e., on these days we cannot do any work.  However, because King Saul observed the New Moon as a Feast Day, we have every reason to do so, as well.   We also have learned that our forefathers traveled to the Temple to worship the Holy ONE on the New Moon (II Kings 4:23; Ezekiel 45:17; and Ezekiel 46:1), and when HE has HIS Temple rebuilt, then we will again be able to resume this service and worship.

When we return to our heritage and worship YIHOVAH according to HIS Ways, then we can establish our own “Calendar of the Universe,” whereby, the days of the New Moon and all GOD’s Holy Days will be recognized by the whole entire World.  And I am sure that it will be the desire of the Righteous Remnant and ALL the world to make a Feast to the Most High GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel every First Day of the Month. 

ALSO, I believe that if Lot (Genesis 19:3) and Abraham (Genesis 21:8) can proclaim “Feasts,” then there is no stipulation for NOT establishing Feast Days, as we so desire. Therefore, to proclaim a feast to EXALT the Holy ONE of Israel on the First Day of each month is quite acceptable - given the Scripture (above) regarding worshipping Our LORD GOD of ISRAEL, Our SAVIOR, on the New Moons.  We should know that throughout the Tanakh Hebrew Israelites called for “feasts” for various occasions.  Therefore, we are within our rights to observe a Feast every New Moon to Our GOD, the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob/Israel.   And those of us who love this WONDERFUL GOD and who choose HIM to EXALT HIM for being the ONLY LORD and SAVIOR can be at liberty to use the day of the New Moon to show forth HIS PRAISE in a “feast” and worship HIM in Jerusalem FOREVER.

“And Solomon awoke; and, behold, it was a dream. And he came to Jerusalem, and stood before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and offered up burnt offerings, and offered peace offerings, and [he] made a feast to all his servants.”

I Kings 3:15

A Tribute to GOD’s “HOLY” Seventh Day Sabbath of Complete REST - HIS WEEKLY ANNIVERSARY OBSERVANCE and SIGN between HIM and Israelites for HIS CREATION of the Heavens and the Earth:

“Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath,

to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever:

for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth,

and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.”  

Exodus 31:17,18

Since we know for a fact that GOD’s Holy Seventh Day Sabbath is a “Sign” between HIM and Israel, why take any chance to profane it?  Every passage about the Holy Sabbath of COMPLETE Rest stands strong in support of GOD’s Commandment to abide in our places on the Seventh Day (Exodus 16:29) – ever last one of them – including the passage in Jeremiah where we are Commanded to “Take heed to yourselves, and bear no burden on the Sabbath day, nor bring it in by the gates of Jerusalem;”  Jeremiah 17:21   (Please read verses 21 to 27.)

Perhaps the wise thing to do would be to define the word “burden.”  But more importantly, we need to determine whether or not Exodus 16:29 is a Commandment or not.  And if it is determined to be one, then we should Fear the GOD of Israel and be obedient to what HE has Commanded of us.

“But the LORD, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt with great power

and a stretched out arm, him shall ye fear, and him shall ye worship,

and to him shall ye do sacrifice.  And the statutes, and the ordinances, and the law,

and the commandment, which he wrote for you,

he shall observe to do for ever more;

and ye shall not fear other gods.”

II Kings 17:36,37

Why must we debate that which is clearly written for us to do and for very good reason, if we will only consider and think about it?  The Holy ONE wants us to be first to observe HIS weekly Anniversary of Creation, which is to keep HIS Holy Seventh day at REST, as HE did, in order that we might be REFRESHED!

“See, for that the LORD hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide ye every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.” Exodus 16:29

“Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the LORD: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.” Exodus 35:1,2

“Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation [“HOLY DAY”]; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.” Leviticus 23:3

“Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.”   Exodus 31:15 - 17

“And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.  And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.”   Genesis 2:2,3

Significantly, in the beginning when the Holy ONE of Israel established this Sabbath Day of COMPLETE REST and when HE clearly COMMANDED the Children of Israel in the Wilderness to observe this Holy Day, HE MADE NO EXCEPTIONS! 

If “ALL” GOD’s COMMANDMENTS are sure, then for sure, we must give credence to Exodus 16:29 and abide in our places on GOD’s HOLY Seventh Day of Complete REST as we are COMMANDED TO DO!

“He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen. The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.”   Psalm 111:7

GOD’s Holy Seventh Day Sabbath of REST is not only one of HIS Greatest WORKS of all time, but this Holy Day is an extraordinary “SIGN” between this Most High GOD, the CREATOR and HIS Chosen People, the Children of Israel!  This Seventh Day also marks the Anniversary of GOD ending the Creations of the Heavens, Earth, man, and all that is therein.

“Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.”   Genesis 2:1 - 3

“And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, Tomorrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake that which ye will bake today, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.

“See, for that the LORD hath given you the sabbath, therefore he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days; abide ye every man in his place, let no man go out of his place on the seventh day.”   Exodus 16:23,29

CONSIDER ALSO the fact that the CREATOR GOD of Israel only Commanded that we go to Jerusalem “THREE TIMES in the year”.  Had the Holy ONE wanted us to travel to Jerusalem on HIS Holy Sabbath Day of COMPLETE REST, HE would have Commanded that, as well.  Thus, given Exodus 16:29, we have to realize, understand, and accept the fact that it was never HIS intention for us to travel and/or leave our places on HIS most Holy Seventh Day. 

“Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.  Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)  And the feast of harvest, the firstfruits of thy labours, which thou hast sown in the field: and the feast of ingathering, which is in the end of the year, when thou hast gathered in thy labours out of the field.  Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord GOD.”   Exodus 23:14 - 17

There is no Scripture indicating that Israelites traveled to Jerusalem on GOD’s HALLOWED SEVENTH DAY.

THE PLACE THAT OUR GOD OF ISRAEL CHOSE IS THE HOLY CITY JERUSALEM.

The Israelite Way of Life was set in stone in the Wilderness, as to how we are Commanded to prepare to live according to ALL GOD’s LAW, as well as for HIS Holy Seventh Day Sabbath of Complete REST, i.e., how we are supposed to keep it, as well as the consequences for profaning it.  And there are no exceptions.

CONCERNING “HOLY CONVOCATION”

The issue stemming from the meaning of “Holy Convocation” written in Leviticus 23^rd Chapter is real, and the interpretation is grossly misunderstood.  “Holy Convocation” does not mean “To Gather.”  And the sin committed by traveling and gathering on the CREATOR’s Holy Sabbath of Complete REST has grave consequences (Exodus 31:12 - 18).

Conclusive evidence that “holy convocation” DOES NOT mean to assemble is provided in the passage on Passover.   In Exodus 12:16 we are told that Passover is a “holy convocation” but yet, we are Commanded to observe this High Holy Day with our immediate families and only to join with another family if one’s members are too few for the lamb (Exodus 12:4).  This proves without a doubt that “holy convocation” cannot mean to assemble, but rather to keep the holy days “HOLY.”  Some call attention to the fact that because Israelites were Commanded to ”…turn in the morning and go into their tents”  (Deuteronomy 16:5-7) that this is proof of an assembly.  Those Israelite families that joined with others are the ones GOD Commanded to return to their tents.

The Holy ONE of Israel DOES NOT contradict HIMSELF! HE would not COMMAND us to “Rest” on the Sabbath Day of Rest and also Command us to “abide ye every man in your place on the seventh day,” and then confuse us by telling us to “assemble” on the “rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD.”  This would make absolutely no sense whatsoever.  Therefore, if the Holy ONE of Israel said don’t bear a burden on the Sabbath Day of Rest (Jeremiah 17:21,22) and that our asses (used for travel) had to also rest, then for sure we have to “abide in our places…on the seventh day.”  Thus, using our cars and paying tolls and public transportation on GOD’s Holy Seventh Day of Rest is absolutely forbidden!  And walking to the Temple or to any meeting place was and still is out of the question all because GOD’s Seventh Day is specifically to be kept as a DAY of  “COMPLETE REST” - Shabatone (as is written in Hebrew).

The wise, obedient ones understand the great importance of observing this Seventh Day of Rest exactly as GOD Commanded and will not add to or diminish from this Law of the “Blessed,” “Sanctified,” and “Holy” Seventh Day Sabbath.

Since this “New Thing” involves the Wilderness, could it be the Wilderness spoken of by GOD’s Prophet Ezekiel (20:34-38)?

Without question, this “New Thing” and “Way” relate to the GOD of Israel taking the Children of Israel into the SECOND WILDERNESS spoken of by the Prophet Ezekiel and AGAIN presenting them with HIS LAW.

The Israelites were taught GOD’s LAW in the Wilderness of Egypt before entering the Land of Israel. They were taught GOD’s LAW after returning from the 70-year Babylonian captivity. And those of us who will return and be taken into the Wilderness, will again be taught GOD’s LAW but by HIS Hand-picked teachers and pastors.

“…many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.” Isaiah 2:3

Since the Obama administration is busy attempting to "reform health care", I'd like to canvass those here at The LawKeepers Website to elicit your opinions and/or suggestions about how you think changing the system would work. I would also like for viewers to look at Michael Moore's "Sicko" documentary for some insight into the present American Health Care System.

(CNN) -- If you're eating non-organic celery today, you may be ingesting 67 pesticides with it, according to a new report from the Environmental Working Group.

The group, a nonprofit focused on public health, scoured nearly 100,000 produce pesticide reports from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to determine what fruits and vegetables we eat have the highest, and lowest, amounts of chemical residue.

Most alarming are the fruits and vegetables dubbed the "Dirty Dozen," which contain 47 to 67 pesticides per serving. These foods are believed to be most susceptible because they have soft skin that tends to absorb more pesticides.

"It's critical people know what they are consuming," the Environmental Working Group's Amy Rosenthal said. "The list is based on pesticide tests conducted after the produce was washed with USDA high-power pressure water system. The numbers reflect the closest thing to what consumers are buying at the store."

The group suggests limiting consumption of pesticides by purchasing organic for the 12 fruits and vegetables.

"You can reduce your exposure to pesticides by up to 80 percent by buying the organic version of the Dirty Dozen," Rosenthal said.

Not all non-organic fruits and vegetables have a high pesticide level. Some produce has a strong outer layer that provides a defense against pesticide contamination. The group found a number of non-organic fruits and vegetables dubbed the "Clean 15" that contained little to no pesticides.

What is a pesticide?

A pesticide is a mixture of chemical substances used on farms to destroy or prevent pests, diseases and weeds from affecting crops. According to the USDA, 45 percent of the world's crops are lost to damage or spoilage, so many farmers count on pesticides.

The Environmental Protection Agency, the FDA and the USDA work together to monitor and set limits as to how much pesticide can be used on farms and how much is safe to remain on the produce once it hits grocery store shelves.

"In setting the tolerance amount, the EPA must make a safety finding that the pesticide can be used with 'reasonable certainty of no harm.' The EPA ensures that the tolerance selected will be safe," according the EPA's website.

Although the President's Cancer Panel recently recommended that consumers eat produce without pesticides to reduce their risk of getting cancer and other diseases, the low levels of pesticides found on even the Dirty Dozen are government-approved amounts.

Can small amounts of pesticides hurt you?

The government says that consuming pesticides in low amounts doesn't harm you, but some studies show an association between pesticides and health problems such as cancer, attention-deficit (hyperactivity) disorder and nervous system disorders and say exposure could weaken immune systems.

The Environmental Working Group acknowledges that data from long-term studies aren't available but warns consumers of the potential dangers.

"Pesticides are designed to kill things. Why wait for 20 years to discover they are bad for us?" Rosenthal said.

Some doctors warn that children's growing brains are the most vulnerable to pesticides in food.

"A kid's brain goes through extraordinary development, and if pesticides get into the brain, it can cause damage," said Dr. Philip Landrigan, chairman of the department of preventive medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.

Can pesticides be washed away?

Not necessarily. The pesticide tests mentioned above were conducted after the food had been power-washed by the USDA. Also, although some pesticides are found on the surface of foods, other pesticides may be taken up through the roots and into the plant and cannot be removed.

"We've found that washing doesn't do much," Rosenthal said. "Peeling can help, although you have to take into account that the pesticides are in the water, so they can be inside the fruit because of the soil."

All fresh produce, whether it's grown with or without pesticides, should be washed with water to remove dirt and potentially harmful bacteria. And health experts agree that when it comes to the Dirty Dozen list, choose organic if it's available.

"To the extent you can afford to do so, [parents] should simply buy organic, because there have been some very good studies that shows people who eat mostly organic food reduce 95 percent of pesticides [in their body] in two weeks," Landrigan said.

Have you started that “Walking” for weight loss and healthy heart routine, yet? There is no excuse for not going it alone, joining with someone, or even forming a group to take that walk at least five (5) times a week and for 40 minutes minimum.  So, stop procrastinating and get started.  Walk to the tune of Scripture or your favorite upbeat music.  And if you prefer the quiet, walk and meditate with the Most High.  Just make sure that you make time for your body and soul.  You’ll see and feel the difference after just two weeks.

THE 52-WEIGHT-LOSS DIET PLAN

My friend and I have decided to embark upon a Weight-Loss Plan to lose 52 pounds in one year.  We have started by promising to lose one pound a week.  Thus, we hope to lose 52 pounds by the second week in February 2007.  We have already started, but it’s not too late for YOU to join with us.  So, hop on board and be a NEW HEALTHIER, LIGHTER WEIGHT this time next year!

Some of the things we plan to do are:

-limit our intake of “white” foods:  rice, bread, potatoes, ice cream, sugar, etc.

-eliminate fast foods and processed foods

-walk at least 3 days a week

-do not eat after 8 P.M. – drink green tea with mint

-eat more fruits and veggies

-bake rather than fry our meats

-drink plenty of water and tea

-weigh in every Tuesday and E-mail the other party the new weight status

A weekly journal is kept of weight lost or gained.  And there is no fair or fun cheating. 

If you do not need to lose 52 pounds, then adjust the plan to the amount of pounds to lose and time frame appropriate for you.  If you need any help, let me know.

The Brothers are welcomed to join in the program.  By all means, do feel free to share your progress.  List your name, the date you started and the weight you lose each week, or if you prefer to only post periodically, then list the date you started and the amount you lost.  If you have any special ways to lose a fast pound here and there, by all means do share.

Let’s start having some fun.  The more competition, the more encouraged we will ALL be to stick with this Weight-Loss-Diet Plan. 

On my first week, I lost four pounds, and I could feel the difference on my walk as I climbed the hills.  My husband and I both try to walk three days a week for forty-five minutes.  We do about four miles each day.

THE  GREATEST  “SPOIL”  OF  ALL

The Israelites received Reparations for their free labor when they left out of Egypt (Exodus 12:35,36, Psalm 105:37).   Note also that Reparations were given to Ezra for the building of GOD’s Temple and for the service of the House of the LORD GOD of Israel (Ezra 7:12 –21).  And it is prophesied that we will again receive compensation for our free labor and bondage in this modern-day Egypt (all the lands that took Israelites captive):

“The Lord said, Verily it shall be well with thy remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction.”   Jeremiah 15:11

EZRA’S PRAYER SPEAKS VOLUMES

“Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day;

and for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our priests,

been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity,

and to a spoil, and to confusion of face, as it is this day.”

Ezra 9:7

“And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass,

seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve…”

The GOD of Israel said that Judah would be in Babylonian captivity for only seventy years. After that time, Ezra and Nehemiah, among other Remnants of the Ten Tribes, returned. GOD’s Promise was fulfilled, but the Israelites still did not take GOD’s LAW to heart. Even after coming out of captivity in another man’s land and returning to the Land of Israel, the Israelites still would not take heed to live according to the Laws, Statutes, and Judgments of the GOD of Israel. As usual, the Israelites would not obey their GOD of Israel that made them an Empire in the Middle East and had all the surrounding nations to fear them.

Ezra saw the sins of the returning Israelites and was greatly distressed, as he should have been, and he prayed that GOD would have mercy on HIS People. But we all know that his prayer was in vain. The Israelites then and even now still refuse to hear and seek to live according to GOD’s “Perfect” LAW. We have got to learn from the wicked errors of our forefathers or fall during the days of GOD’s Wrath.

Our GOD washed HIS Hands of HIS stiff-necked Covenant People and returned to HIS Place until they decided to stop worshipping false gods and return to HIM to be obedient to the Way of Life that HE had designed for their Righteousness and for worship of HIM. The consequences, as we know them, were horrific. We not only lost the Land that Our Dear GOD of Israel gave us, but HE took our identity, as well and gave it to our enemies.

The Greeks took over the Medio-Persian Kingdom, and they, Ashkenazim, and Edom were instrumental in scattering the Israelites from their Land. This happened hundreds of years before the advent of Christianity (BCE), and Israel still is not saved.

“The children also of Judah and the children of Jerusalem have ye sold unto the Grecians, that ye might remove them far from their border.” Joel 3:6

It is of great importance for us to understand exactly when the Israelites were first removed from the Land of Israel. Exact dates are not made available to us. But we know that the Greeks were first to execute this enslavement and exile. We also know that the Greeks were first to start European world domination, supremacy, and so-called “civilization”.

Moreover, we must realize that long before this time Ashkenazim Jews were already in place and waiting patiently in the cut to usurp Israelite identity and the Land of Israel. The existence of so-called “Rabbis” and “Synagogues” are what makes us know that they are the people who took control and perpetuated a religion called “Judaism” through the teachings of their “Talmud” - unrelated to the teachings of GOD’s Servant Moses. Israelites did not call themselves Rabbis, and they did not gather in Synagogues. These terms were prevalent during the Grecian Era and are associated with the Ashkenazim, the peoples out of Europe (Genesis 10:2 -5). It should be realized that these people would not have been able to take on the Hebrew Culture if the Israelites were still in the Land. And indeed, as the GOD of Israel said, the Children of Israel were scattered and none remained in the Land.

“Therefore now thus saith the LORD, the God of hosts, the God of Israel; Wherefore commit ye this great evil against your souls, to cut off from you man and woman, child and suckling, out of Judah, to leave you none to remain; In that ye provoke me unto wrath with the works of your hands, burning incense unto other gods in the land of Egypt, whither ye be gone to dwell, that ye might cut yourselves off, and that ye might be a curse and a reproach among all the nations of the earth?” Jeremiah 44:7

So, how is it that Ezra’s Prayer speaks volumes? Today, Israelites are basically in the same position as were our forefathers who were in Egypt and who were in the Land after Babylonian captivity, except that our plight is worse. We are not accepted as being the SEED of Jacob, and we have been scattered throughout the “Four Corners of the Earth”. Nevertheless, Our GOD of Israel has Mercifully opened our eyes during these days of our enlightenment while we are yet under the control of our captors. Like Ezra, we are returning back to the Land but by way of the Wilderness. We will go into the Wilderness and GOD-fearing men like Ezra will teach us GOD’s LAW for our well-being and for GOD’s attention to re-establish us for ever, as HE has promised. Like Ezra’s group, that was their last chance to show the Holy ONE of Israel that they were serious about keeping and living HIS Righteous Laws, Statutes, and Judgments. Hence, the reason he rent his clothes and mantle and plucked off his hair and beard and sat shocked at what he had heard. All Ezra knew to do was to pray and admit to the great trespasses of the returning Israelites. Like Ezra’s group, this is also our last opportunity to turn to the GOD of Israel and accept HIS Ways of Righteousness.

Ezra’s prayer makes us understand that the GOD of Israel does not hear all prayers, as some of us choose to believe. That might seem cruel and unfair, but consider the rebellious: those who profane GOD’s Holy Sabbath Day, those who serve and worship false gods, and those who wholeheartedly reject all GOD’s Divine LAW perpetuating great abominations and profaning HIS Holy Name. And let us not forget how assimilating with the Canaanites and the Gentile nations who lived in the Land of Israel angered the Holy ONE of Israel.

GOD reads contrite hearts and sees those who seek to do HIS Will and follow HIS Ways. And when we are numbered among those who reject HIM and HIS LAW, HE is well aware of it! People who worship false gods and have other agendas make themselves known by their actions. Israelites cannot assemble together with people of diverse religions – religions that are specifically unacceptable to the GOD of Israel. This is exactly what the Holy ONE does not want. And it is strictly for this reason that we, as a nation, are separated from Our GOD.

“But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other people.” Leviticus 20:24

“Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.” Deuteronomy 12:30,31

“And the children of Israel, which were come again out of captivity, and all such as had separated themselves unto them from the filthiness of the heathen of the land, to seek the LORD God of Israel, did eat.” Ezra 6:21

How does this abomination differ from the blasphemous abominations of worshipping the idol JC in umpteen various denominations, by the way?

Ezra testified to the Holy ONE of Israel that the sins of the Israelites had grown up “unto the Heavens”. Yes, indeed, Ezra’s words speak volumes. Israelites sinned then, and our sins are even greater now.

“And said, O my God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to thee, my God: for our iniquities are increased over our head, and our trespass is grown up unto the heavens. Since the days of our fathers have we been in a great trespass unto this day; and for our iniquities have we, our kings, and our priests, been delivered into the hand of the kings of the lands, to the sword, to captivity, and to a spoil, and to confusion of face, as it is this day. And now for a little space grace hath been shewed from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a nail in his holy place, that our God may lighten our eyes, and give us a little reviving in our bondage. For we were bondmen; yet our God hath not forsaken us in our bondage, but hath extended mercy unto us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us a reviving, to set up the house of our God, and to repair the desolations thereof, and to give us a wall in Judah and in Jerusalem. And now, O our God, what shall we say after this? for we have forsaken thy commandments, Which thou hast commanded by thy servants the prophets, saying, The land, unto which ye go to possess it, is an unclean land with the filthiness of the people of the lands, with their abominations, which have filled it from one end to another with their uncleanness. Now therefore give not your daughters unto their sons, neither take their daughters unto your sons, nor seek their peace or their wealth for ever: that ye may be strong, and eat the good of the land, and leave it for an inheritance to your children for ever. And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass, seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve, and hast given us such deliverance as this; Should we again break thy commandments, and join in affinity with the people of these abominations? wouldest not thou be angry with us till thou hadst consumed us, so that there should be no remnant nor escaping? O LORD God of Israel, thou art righteous: for we remain yet escaped, as it is this day: behold, we are before thee in our trespasses: for we cannot stand before thee because of this.” Ezra 9:6 - 15

“Then Ezra rose up from before the house of God, and went into the chamber of Johanan the son of Eliashib: and when he came thither, he did eat no bread, nor drink water: for he mourned because of the transgression of them that had been carried away.” Ezra 10:6

Ezra knew that the GOD of Israel had turned HIS back on the Israelites who had returned because of their determination to go against GOD’s written LAW. And just for the record, Nehemiah proves just how serious the Israelite dilemma was at that time.

“But after they had rest, they did evil again before thee: therefore leftest thou them in the hand of their enemies, so that they had the dominion over them: yet when they returned, and cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and many times didst thou deliver them according to thy mercies; And testifiedst against them, that thou mightest bring them again unto thy law: yet they dealt proudly, and hearkened not unto thy commandments, but sinned against thy judgments, (which if a man do, he shall live in them;) and withdrew the shoulder, and hardened their neck, and would not hear. Yet many years didst thou forbear them, and testifiedst against them by thy spirit in thy prophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gavest thou them into the hand of the people of the lands. Nevertheless for thy great mercies' sake thou didst not utterly consume them, nor forsake them; for thou art a gracious and merciful God. Now therefore, our God, the great, the mighty, and the terrible God, who keepest covenant and mercy, let not all the trouble seem little before thee, that hath come upon us, on our kings, on our princes, and on our priests, and on our prophets, and on our fathers, and on all thy people, since the time of the kings of Assyria unto this day. Howbeit thou art just in all that is brought upon us; for thou hast done right, but we have done wickedly: Neither have our kings, our princes, our priests, nor our fathers, kept thy law, nor hearkened unto thy commandments and thy testimonies, wherewith thou didst testify against them. For they have not served thee in their kingdom, and in thy great goodness that thou gavest them, and in the large and fat land which thou gavest before them, neither turned they from their wicked works. Behold, we are servants this day, and for the land that thou gavest unto our fathers to eat the fruit thereof and the good thereof, behold, we are servants in it: And it yieldeth much increase unto the kings whom thou hast set over us because of our sins: also they have dominion over our bodies, and over our cattle, at their pleasure, and we are in great distress.” Nehemiah 9:28 - 37

The Holy ONE of Israel never got the opportunity to re-establish the Israelites as an empire after their seventy-year Babylonian captivity because of their rebelliousness. True to HIS WORD, the GOD of Israel “spued” the Israelites from the Land because they did not keep HIS LAW. HE did not lie, and the curse of exile was actually in the making shortly after their return to the Land. These days are crucial times for Israelites - times when we must make critical decisions.

Should we “Flee” as GOD’s Prophet Jeremiah declared? Is it time to go into the Wilderness? Are these Jacob’s Troubles? Will the GOD of Israel be with us if we seek to leave this captivity? Yes, all these questions are significant and require immediate answers. I assure one and all, if our hearts are right with Our GOD of Israel, HE will guide us along the way. Therefore, let us all plead together with Our GOD of Israel.

“But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.” Psalm 78:52

“Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.” Isaiah 43:26

“…he that putteth his trust in me shall possess the land, and shall inherit my holy mountain; And shall say, Cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumblingblock out of the way of my people. For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.” Isaiah 57:13 – 15

“And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.” Isaiah 58:11

Today, many of us do not realize it, but Our GOD of Israel is showing us HIS Hand. HE is preparing for the final blow upon the wicked of this world: the Rulers of this world, as well as rebellious Israelites. The volcanic eruptions in Iceland, of all places, continue and threaten to ignite another volcano of greater menace. The oil spill in the Gulf was no accident and worsens. And the Earthquakes are endless, not to mention the tornadoes and other ever present destructive elements. The problems in the Middle East and the world will not end until GOD has spent HIS Wrath upon the evil of HIS Earth. The world economy will not improve until the Day of the LORD has been fulfilled, i.e., when the wicked are cut off. There will be no peace and happiness until the CREATOR GOD establishes HIS Righteousness upon HIS Earth. How do I know?

“Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.” Isaiah 13:9

“And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.” Isaiah 30:28

“Now will I rise, saith the LORD; now will I be exalted; now will I lift up myself.” Isaiah 33:10

“I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once.” Isaiah 42:14

“Wait on the LORD, and keep his way, and he shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.” Psalm 37:34

THE THIRD PART

"O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches,

and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come."

If we want to be numbered among the Israelites who make up this “Third Part” prophesied in the Hebrew Scriptures, then we cannot continue to sin against Our GOD of Israel and reject HIM. In the Wilderness, transgressors will be purged from among the “Third Part” destined to return. Instead of the GOD of Israel casting wicked Israelites again into captivity, they will not be joined with the Righteous Remnant that GOD will call. They will be destroyed along with the rest of the wicked of this world. People, this is our last chance to get it right. The punishment for the rebellious Israelites of Ezra’s day was to go into captivity. The punishment for the rebellious Israelites of this day will be death.

We, Israelites, have to be joined to the LORD with undying love and FEAR and embrace HIS WORD – not adopt what we believe to be acceptable but embrace ALL that is written in GOD’s “Perfect” LAW. How long will it take for us to learn that we are accountable to GOD’s Ways of Righteousness and are under threat when we tamper with what’s written? We must separate ourselves AGAIN from pagan customs and from those who observe them, for assembling with idol worshippers is also out of the question!

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” Psalm 1:1

“For thy loving kindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth. I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers. I have hated the congregation of evildoers; and will not sit with the wicked. I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD: That I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous works.” Psalm 26:3 - 7

“And the seed of Israel separated themselves from all strangers, and stood and confessed their sins, and the iniquities of their fathers.” Nehemiah 9:2

Will the CREATOR GOD hear?

How can we think the GOD of Israel will hear us, if we go against HIS LAW and HIS WORD to HIS Prophets? How do we expect Our GOD to Deliver us when some of us still call upon false gods for help? When Israelites are joined in prayer with Christians, isn’t it crystal clear that the latter will call upon JC and pray in his name? THINK, Israel! Will the GOD of Israel that is a Jealous GOD have respect unto these prayers? If we are not familiar with GOD’s LAW and HIS WORD, then we must be extremely careful about calling assemblies for any reason and least of all to pray along with idol worshippers.

During the days our forefathers dwelt in the Land of Israel, under all circumstances, the Elders were called upon to attend assemblies. Why? The reason is that the Elders knew GOD’s LAW and the history of Israelite interaction with their CREATOR GOD.

People who are in the knowledge of GOD’s Truth and HIS WORD for only a few years, even just ten years, do not qualify to teach and call assemblies for situations they know nothing about. It is quite obvious that when Israelites call for gatherings to be joined with Christians and other idol worshippers, they haven’t read enough of GOD’s LAW and the Hebrew Scriptures to know that this is unacceptable and to know the consequences of their actions.

We know the LAW, as it is written, and we know the consequences of breaking it. Yet, we still have the audacity to live and do as we choose, whether we are separated to be GOD’s “Special People” or not. No matter our agenda and its purpose, the GOD of Israel will not change HIS LAW to suit our endeavors.

“The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” Deuteronomy 29:29

For example: The Sabbath must be kept as it is written, but we find reason to make work for ourselves on this Holy Day of Complete REST – the very Holy Day that Our CREATOR GOD HIMSELF COMMANDED and set aside for us so that we may be refreshed and have for a Glorious “Sign” between Israel and HIM. And on this very day, we call upon Christians to come pray with us. This is unconscionable.

If for just one reason that Ezra spoke volumes for those of us living today, it is to show us that we will be severely punished for breaking and altering GOD’s LAW. The LAW of the GOD of Israel is HIS Walk of Righteousness and keeping it is also our only means of return.

“And it shall come to pass, when all these things are come upon thee, the blessing and the curse, which I have set before thee, and thou shalt call them to mind among all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath driven thee, And shalt return unto the LORD thy God, and shalt obey his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy children, with all thine heart, and with all thy soul; That then the LORD thy God will turn thy captivity, and have compassion upon thee, and will return and gather thee from all the nations, whither the LORD thy God hath scattered thee. If any of thine be driven out unto the outmost parts of heaven, from thence will the LORD thy God gather thee, and from thence will he fetch thee: And the LORD thy God will bring thee into the land which thy fathers possessed, and thou shalt possess it; and he will do thee good, and multiply thee above thy fathers.” Deuteronomy 30:1 - 5

“…I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments: Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned. We have dealt very corruptly against thee, and have not kept the commandments, nor the statutes, nor the judgments, which thou commandedst thy servant Moses. Remember, I beseech thee, the word that thou commandedst thy servant Moses, saying, If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations: But if ye turn unto me, and keep my commandments, and do them; though there were of you cast out unto the uttermost part of the heaven, yet will I gather them from thence, and will bring them unto the place that I have chosen to set my name there.” Nehemiah 1:5 - 9

“And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out. And I will bring you into the wilderness of the people, and there will I plead with you face to face. Like as I pleaded with your fathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I plead with you, saith the Lord GOD. And I will cause you to pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant: And I will purge out from among you the rebels, and them that transgress against me: I will bring them forth out of the country where they sojourn, and they shall not enter into the land of Israel: and ye shall know that I am the LORD.” Ezekiel 20:34 - 38

“And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.” Zechariah 13:8,9

We can consider the days of Ezra and the great sins of our forefathers, or we can consider keeping the LAW of the GOD of Israel, as it is written and live to worship before HIM.

Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD;

I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, but for mine holy name's sake,

which ye have profaned among the heathen, whither ye went.

And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen,

which ye have profaned in the midst of them;

and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, saith the Lord GOD,

when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.

For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries,

and will bring you into your own land. Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you,

and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you:

and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes,

and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

And ye shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; and ye shall be my people,

and I will be your God.”

THE SOAPBOX THAT SPEAKS:

GETTING BLOWN AWAY

I don’t like to get blown away, but unfortunately these days it happens at least once a week! Recently an off-shore-oil rig gets blown away and spills a gazillion gallons of oil into the Gulf of Mexico. As a result, the people living in the States along the Gulf of Mexico are up in arms because they are now without livelihoods, and tourists have cancelled their vacations to the areas suspected of having oil on its shores, especially Florida. James Carvelle, a former Clinton supporter shouted on national television, “We dyin’ down here!” You see he seems to believe that President Obama is responsible for this “accident” and should, therefore, go down to the Gulf and fix the problem. The President seems to get blamed for everything these days. However, I wish I could get him to hear Black Voices the way he heard James Carvelle.

However, that’s not my point. After Bush W. bombed the Hell out of Iraq, millions were left without running water, electricity, employment, and any infrastructure worth talking about. And what was worse! Innocent men, women, and children were literally DYING OVER THERE EVERY SINGLE DAY at the expense of greedy, selfish, and mean ethnocentric bigots who had the audacity to believe that GOD would let them take control of the rich oils of Iraq. Didn’t happen, and the US lost trillions and shipped home body bags because of a greedy contrived war that it cannot get out of, for one, and that has spread to two other countries for two. Yeah, and I keep getting blown away at the WORKS of the CREATOR GOD, that causes nations to err.

“…there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.” Isaiah 30:27,28

“I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.” Isaiah 45:7

The END is in the making, and the CREATOR GOD is preparing to Judge fairly and in Righteousness. Until this incident in the Gulf of Mexico, I used to wonder exactly how Babylon would “no more be inhabited for ever; neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation.” (Jeremiah 50:39).

FIRST ONE THING AND THEN ANOTHER

President Obama, like Bush W., can’t buy a moment of peace. I admire Obama and his wife so much, but they, with all their education and knowledge of prejudice and discrimination in the US, should have known the perils of having a Black Man in the White House. And sadly, they should have known that their children would also be under attack. I know the First Lady is livid every time something hateful is said about her children, because I am furious for her. But no one would be able to control my words that I would have missiled upon these bigots.

Not only that, but you can bet that the powers-that-be are at work making sure that the election of this Black man won’t happen again. Knowing how the First Lady feels, she will be glad to get the Hell out of that place. In any case, people should know that all this mayhem is a product of the CREATOR GOD.

“The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up. He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them.” I Samuel 2:6,7

“Behold, the name of the LORD cometh from far, burning with his anger, and the burden thereof is heavy: his lips are full of indignation, and his tongue as a devouring fire: And his breath, as an overflowing stream, shall reach to the midst of the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity: and there shall be a bridle in the jaws of the people, causing them to err.” Isaiah 30:27,28

An oil spill has the potential to eliminate employment and enjoyment, and folks all over the country want to punish President Obama, when he had absolutely nothing to do with it. Not only that, it appears that he can do nothing about it, either.

The CREATOR GOD is taking back HIS Universe, and the Democrats, the Republicans, and the Israelis can do nothing about it. And it can’t be a minute too soon.

SUPPOSE, JUST SUPPOSE…

Suppose a US flotilla is carrying essential materials, medical supplies, and food to an impoverished country, and in international waters Iranians in helicopters decide to drop down from ropes onto the American vessel. What would be the consequences for said operation? Let me answer in just two words: A WAR!

Let the US be caught in international waters off the coast of Israel, and they will be bombed. This is what happened to the USS Liberty in . Hmmm..it would appear that Israelis will attack anyone. Can you blame them? They know that GOD’s Justice will be served on them for usurping HIS Land and taking on the name of HIS Covenant People - the Children of Israel. And they won’t know from whence it cometh.

I am absolutely amazed that Israelis can bomb Gaza and Lebanon and place an embargo on the Gazans, while the US and the UN look on as a destitute people suffer the worst apartheid ever. When the Israelis vowed “Never Again”, clearly they meant that they would inflict suffering and mourning on the defenseless just like the Nazis did to them.

And the world watches, even White America, as more and more Ashkenazi “Jews” are voted into dominant positions in the US to support these cruel and heartless Israelis.

THE SMOKESCREEN

We can assume the Universe was established by a “Big Bang,” or we can seek a more intelligent theory.

The more intelligent reasoning is that a Supreme Being did in fact Create the Heavens, Earth, and all things therein.  Then the issue becomes, “Did this Supreme Being intend for HIS CREATION to exist in such a chaotic state of absolute Hell, as it is now?”  If not, then it is incumbent upon us to seek answers for the present horrific state of affairs in the Land of Israel and the rest of the Middle East that is capable of spreading to other countries even to the United States.

It is not likely that this Supreme Being did not advise the people of HIS Creation IN THE BEGINNING of how to live in goodness and in peace with each other, which certainly entailed how to worship HIM for giving them life.  For there not to exist harmony and happiness on this Earth, it is evident that from the looks of things and from the ever-present catastrophic events taking place on Earth, this Supreme Being is furious with the peoples HE Created.

This is where we are now.  The CREATOR is Judging the peoples of HIS Creation and is taking back HIS Universe.

History proves that Jerusalem is the Holy City of the GOD of Israel, that the Israelites are HIS Chosen, Covenant People, and that the Land of Israel belongs to HIM, as well.  So, why all the attention given to this area of the world that is proving to be the catalyst leading to the end of this present world system?

The Palestinians have been in the land since the reign of King Saul, and the European Israelis have been a State since 1948, opening their doors to other converted Europeans and whomsoever else wishing to take part in this Talmudic process and live off the fat of GOD’s Holy Land.  The Palestinians and the Israelis have been at war ever since.  If these two groups can live together anywhere in the world except in Israel, then there must be a very good reason why.  However, the reason is not one that Israelis desire to make public.  Israeli hatred of the Arabs is not at all the issue.  There exists a more profound reason than that.  Finger pointing at the Arabs is but the ubiquitous smokescreen presented to the world.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CONVERSION TO SO-CALLED “JUDAISM”

The world should connect the dots and learn the truth regarding the Europeans who control GOD’s Holy Land.  There is no way the GOD of Israel will accept a conversion process that changes Europeans, Americans, and Middle Easterners into “Jews.”  GOD’s Covenant is with Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and their SEED.  Accordingly, how can we dismiss the fact that Abraham was called out of Ur of the Chaldeans – NOT out of Europe.  GOD well knows HIS Chosen People, no matter that HE took their identity from them and cast them from HIS Land.

And their being scattered into the “Four Corners of the Earth” to serve their enemies has everything to do with the problems in the Middle East, as this crisis relates to the CREATOR GOD taking back HIS Universe, HIS Holy Land, HIS Holy City, and HIS Chosen People.  The Israelis know this.  They see the handwriting on the wall, but they are fighting the CREATOR GOD tooth and nail.  That’s what this war is all about - Israeli control - to keep out the SEED of Jacob whom GOD is calling home.  Hence, the Israelis, even if time permitted, would not give the Palestinians their State for fear the Israelites would seek to live there also.  And just for the record, one can learn about the true identity of the descendants of Jacob by reading what the CREATOR GOD of Israel said would befall them in Leviticus 26^th and Deuteronomy 28^th Chapters.

The Israelis have a rabid requirement to control all the Land of Israel including the Palestinian territories for one reason and for one reason only, which has everything to do with their “Law of Return.”  The Israelis and their Rabbinute (their religious party) are ever aware that the CREATOR GOD of Israel has a Covenant People – The Twelve Tribes of Jacob, and they know that according to Biblical Prophecy the CREATOR GOD of the Land of Israel and this Universe will restore HIS Chosen People to their heritage.  For obvious reasons, in no way do the Israelis (European converts to what’s called “Judaism,” which is of their own making) want this to happen, for then they will no longer have control of the Land of Israel at all.  However, they know their days are numbered.

“Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I have lifted up mine hand, Surely the heathen that are about you, they shall bear their shame. But ye, O mountains of Israel, ye shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people of Israel; for they are at hand to come. For, behold, I am for you, and I will turn unto you, and ye shall be tilled and sown: And I will multiply men upon you, all the house of Israel, even all of it: and the cities shall be inhabited, and the wastes shall be builded:”

Ezekiel 36:7 – 10

Now, the Truth is out.  This is the reason for the decades of turmoil, death, and destruction over GOD’s Holy Land. And of a Truth, the Israeli powers-that-be have no qualms about their dilemma.  They are prepared to fight to the end, but who are they really fighting?  It all has to do with what prophecy foretells, and what must be fulfilled.

Conversely, Israelis are putting too much false hope in their military powers.  When it comes to the Children of Israel, the CREATOR GOD fights their battles, and since it is time for their return, there is nothing Israeli’ weaponry can do to stop GOD’s Commandment from manifesting.

The Israelites were formed to show forth GOD’s Praise and to be a light to the world for HIS Ways of Righteousness – HIS Book of the Law (the teachings of the Prophet Moses – NOT the Talmud compiled by European “Jews”). 

“Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein: I the LORD have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;”

Isaiah 42:5,6

“This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.”  Isaiah 43:21

And it is for this reason the Supreme Being, or rather the CREATOR GOD of Israel is taking back HIS magnificent Universe and making it a place of Divine Peace, one that Exalts and Magnifies HIM for all HIS Wondrous Works.

The CREATOR GOD has held HIS Peace for a very long time, all because of the curses HE put on HIS Chosen People for forsaking HIM for false gods and for rejecting HIS LAW.  Their rebellion caused GOD to cast HIS People into the hands of the heathen, and HE went into seclusion permitting Gentiles to run the world and teach HIS People a lesson that would send them running back to HIM seeking forgiveness with contrite spirits.

“I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once.”   Isaiah 42:14

For a long time people believed that the European “Jews” were really the people of the Bible, but the CREATOR knows HIS Chosen People, the SEED of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the men with whom HE made an Everlasting Covenant  (Genesis 17:1 – 21). 

From the Slave Trade to world hatred, and enduring racism and discrimination all over the world, Blacks have suffered at the hands of those who ruled over them.  But now, the CREATOR GOD of Israel is awakening the Dry Bones and calling HIS People home to the chagrin and utter dismay of European Israelis who are helpless to do anything about it but who still have plans to thwart the WORD of GOD.  Trust me, their efforts will not end in victory, and nothing since 1948 has even given them hope that they could take the place of the SEED of Jacob/Israel (Genesis 32:28) – neither by conversion nor submersion. 

Thus, the reasons for the war for Israeli control of GOD’s Land and the reasons for a world of troubled times, disasters, endless suffering, despair, and many, many tears.

The CREATOR is taking back HIS Universe and keeping HIS Everlasting Promises to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Patriarchs of the Nation of Israel. 

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no more again stay upon him that smote them; but shall stay upon the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. The remnant shall return, even the remnant of Jacob, unto the mighty God. For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.”   Isaiah 10:20 - 22

“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.”   Isaiah 11:11

“And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.”   Ezekiel 36:27

“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.”   Isaiah 66:22

“Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof. And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. Their children also shall be as aforetime, and their congregation shall be established before me, and I will punish all that oppress them. And their nobles shall be of themselves, and their governor shall proceed from the midst of them; and I will cause him to draw near, and he shall approach unto me: for who is this that engaged his heart to approach unto me? saith the LORD.”

They shall come with weeping, and with supplications will I lead them: I will cause them to walk by the rivers of waters in a straight way, wherein they shall not stumble: for I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is my firstborn. Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd doth his flock. For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he. Therefore they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together to the goodness of the LORD, for wheat, and for wine, and for oil, and for the young of the flock and of the herd: and their soul shall be as a watered garden; and they shall not sorrow any more at all. “The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.”   Zephaniah 3:13

“Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.”   Zephaniah 3:19

And for all HIS Creations, especially man, the ONE CREATOR GOD of Israel will be acknowledged and worshipped by HIS Chosen People and all Nations remaining from HIS Wrath and destruction of the wicked.  The Peoples of this world will revolve around its MAKER!

Yes, the All-Mighty CREATOR will liberate HIS Holy Land and will return to HIS Holy City Jerusalem, where once again HIS Holy Priests will minister before HIM and where people of all Nations will visit to Bless HIM for HIS GOODNESS and for HIS Holy Name’s Sake.

“And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.”   Isaiah 66:23

“And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.”   Zechariah 14:16

FINALLY:

“Seek ye the LORD, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought his judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the LORD's anger.”   Zephaniah 2:3

WHAT IS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF THE CREATOR GOD?

“And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us.”   Deuteronomy 6:25

“When all Israel is come to appear before the LORD thy God in the place which he shall choose, thou shalt read this law before all Israel in their hearing. Gather the people together, men and women, and children, and thy stranger that is within thy gates, that they may hear, and that they may learn, and fear the LORD your God, and observe to do all the words of this law: And that their children, which have not known any thing, may hear, and learn to fear the LORD your God, as long as ye live in the land whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.”   Deuteronomy 31:11 - 13

The fulfillment of the above passage is just a matter of time.

Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome by Dr. Joy Learey (in my opinion, this sister, even without an Israelite perspective, has produced the definitive work on explaining some of our behaviors, thought patterns, etc. She also offers some practical solutions that can be adopted and are even more applicable because we know the origin of our pathological behavior);

Capitalism and Slavery by Eric Williams (even though Dr. Williams speaks mainly about West Indian slavery, he offers a comprehensive perspective as to why we should not embrace our oppressors - particularly when we understand what they have done to us and their mindset on the whole institution).

5. Holy Land, Whose Land?: Modern Dilemma, Ancient Roots by Dorothy Drummond (she offers an interesting perspective on the question and she offers both the scientific and historical explanations as to why this is so);

6. The Woman's Encyclopedia of Myths and Secrets by Barbara G. Walker. This is a great reference book for explaining many of the pagan origins of beliefs, practices, etc.

7. The Penguin Dictionary of Religions, edited by John R. Hinnells;

8. The Penguin Dictionary of Symbols, by Jean Chevalier and Alain Gheerbrant; Both of these reference books offer a wealth of information as to the origin or certain religious beliefs, how these beliefs were founded, and how various symbols are derived from paganism, etc.

9. Anything by the late Dr. Amos N. Wilson, particularly the following: The Developmental Psychology of the Black Child; Awakening the Natural Genius of Black Children; & The Falsification of Afrikan Consciousness.

NOTE: Dr. Wilson was an inspired, if sometimes soporific lecturer, although his lectures were mainly delivered in the vernacular of the common man. His books are written is some common language that is easily comprehensible, while also including language that may be difficult for some to follow (i.e., written in academic language). However, folks who are good and/or avid readers will gain a lot from his work.

10. The Hidden History of New York: A guide for Black Folks by Tingba Apidta, the 3rd in a series of The Reclamation Project, Boston, MA. (This book is for those who mistakenly believe that slavery and Jim Crow were Southern U.S. phenomena.)

11. African Perspective on Colonialism by A. Adu Boahen (An African's view of his continent's conquerors. Very interesting and informative.)

A congregation might want to track this publication down and pay for a copy and then distribute without charge, copies of sections, citing the source, of course. This way, they don't infringe on copyright laws. It is one of those remarkable books that once acquired, you don't let out of your possession.

What exactly does the GOD of Israel mean when HE Commands us to take diligent heed to do HIS Commandments and HIS LAW? 

IN THAT…

“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”   Deuteronomy 30:19,20

AND…

“And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it.”   Deuteronomy 32:46,47

I would think that to take diligent heed means to be extremely cautious to keep GOD’s LAW, read and study it, DO IT, and pray to the GOD of Israel for wisdom to understand it.  And in addition to that common sense would be to either join with others so determined or be alone in returning back to the Holy ONE and what’s required of the SEED of Jacob.

This might seem ever so trivial a detail to some, but it means a world to the GOD of Israel.  You see, I used to belong to Ben Ammi’s group, and I left for many reasons, but mainly because he was allowing people to call him JC and “Saviour” and because he was not concerned about GOD’s LAW and much less about taking heed to live and do it. 

What truly, truly disturbs me is that there are people encouraging Israelites to join up with Ben Ammi and accept his title – “Messianic Leader,” as well as the blasphemous notion that the True and Living GOD would have such a congregation to represent HIM.  Yes, of course the so-called “KOY” exists, but it does not represent the GOD of Israel and HIS LAW, i.e., HIS Ways of Righteousness that HE Commanded of the Prophet Moses to teach to the Nation of Israel.  This group does not in any way signify the Kingdom of YAH, and indeed it cannot in any way portray GOD’s Righteous Kingdom. 

The “KOY” is a congregation of people calling themselves Israelites and living according to the Laws of Ben Ammi and the imaginations of his contrary and devious heart.  The wise in the knowledge of Truth know that Ben Ammi’s camp, built on corruption, crime, lust, adultery, and death, cannot in any way be connected with the Holy ONE of Israel’s Divine and Righteous Kingdom or cannot be established to receive the Remnant GOD said would return. 

“The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly. I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.”   Jeremiah 23:20 – 22

“My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their restingplace.”   Jeremiah 50:6

Moreover, King David’s Seed will head the CREATOR GOD’s Righteous Kingdom that will exist upon this Earth, and he will know to be the perfect role model for living GOD’s LAW in Righteousness. 

I have never read where Kings David and Solomon called themselves “Messiah.”

“And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked. And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.”   Isaiah 11:1 – 5

“And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.”   Isaiah 11:10

And this Righteous Kingdom will be all about serving, worshipping, and PRAISING the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and about representing HIM and spreading HIS Laws, Statutes, and Judgments throughout this world, in order that the CREATOR GOD of Israel will be Magnified and will receive all the Praise and all the Glory, so that people will abandon the “New Testament” and its theology.  Have no doubts about it, the son of David will rule from Jerusalem and the GOD of Heaven and Earth will rule over all (Psalm 103:19). 

I find nothing in GOD’s WORD to support an existence of HIS Kingdom in Israel under the control of Gentile Jews.  Ben Ammi has deceived hundreds into believing this lie that he is the Messianic leader of GOD’s Kingdom.  How long are we going to follow leaders who use GOD’s Holy Name in vain?! 

Taking heed to keep GOD’s LAW would entail staying as far from Ben Ammi as possible.  And the fact that HE keeps his stores open on GOD’s Holy Day of Complete REST is a darn good red flag and eye-opener that shouts to stay away from this leader, as of a Truth, he does not FEAR the GOD of Israel to do HIS Will.  And what better information exists from Our GOD to prove Ben Ammi to be one who defies the All-Mighty GOD!

“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.”   Isaiah 8:20

This passage is the best gauge Israelites have for determining and for understanding who to accept as a genuine leader or know who FEARS the Holy ONE of Israel.  If Ben Ammi and the people of his camp defy the Most High GOD of Israel, then why join with them, and why take part in their beliefs unfounded in GOD’s LAW and in their disobedience?

“Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”   Psalm 1:1,2

“I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.”   Psalm 26:5

“If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:”   Psalm 66:18

“Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.”   Psalm 141:4

“Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth: for the LORD hath spoken, I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against me. The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.”   Isaiah 1:2 - 4

Another perfect incident that serves to explain why we cannot join with people who break GOD’s LAW concerns Jehoshaphat and Ahziah.  And does it ever speak VOLUMES!

“And after this did Jehoshaphat king of Judah join himself with Ahaziah king of Israel, who did very wickedly: And he joined himself with him to make ships to go to Tarshish: and they made the ships in Eziongaber. Then Eliezer the son of Dodavah of Mareshah prophesied against Jehoshaphat, saying, Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, the LORD hath broken thy works. And the ships were broken, that they were not able to go to Tarshish.”   II Chronicles 20:35 – 37

Let’s not pretend we don’t know about our past and how our stiffnecked and rebellious forebears loved to be connected with evildoers and how they encouraged the lawful to follow wickedness.  At least admit to what THUS SAITH THE LORD!

At this late day and in the time of Jacob’s Trouble, why would we even consider joining with Ben Ammi or with anyone or with any congregation that does not make GOD’s LAW the Paths of Righteousness to follow and walk?  Our GOD of Israel promises us that if we return to HIM and HIS LAW, that then we can return to our heritage (Deuteronomy 30:1-4).  If people will join with Ben Ammi, then for them GOD’s Promise is made void.

“And ye shall know that I am the LORD: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you.”   Ezekiel 11:12

“Why criest thou for thine affliction? thy sorrow is incurable for the multitude of thine iniquity: because thy sins were increased, I have done these things unto thee.”   Jeremiah 30:15

“And hast given them this land, which thou didst swear to their fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey; And they came in, and possessed it; but they obeyed not thy voice, neither walked in thy law; they have done nothing of all that thou commandedst them to do: therefore thou hast caused all this evil to come upon them:”  Jeremiah 32:22,23

What a crime!  Ben Ammi was among the blessed to return, but just like his rebellious forefathers, he, too, refuses to be obedient to the LAWS of the GOD of Israel.

The WORD of the GOD of Israel also condemns Ben Ammi for calling himself a “Messianic Leader” in order to gather Israelites and Christians into his fold.  But in no way does he emulate the “Old Testament” men of GOD!

Was Moses, Joshua, Samuel, the kings of Israel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, or any of the other Prophets who promoted GOD’s Book of the Law and who spoke “THUS SAITH THE LORD” called a Messiah?  Do we need this?  Is this something required of us to have before us?

I listened to a Brother in Paltalk Chat go to extremes to contrive a justifiable explanation for Ben Ammi calling himself a Messiah.  The Truth of the matter is that this word is not even connected with Hebrew-Israelite Culture.  “Jews” and Christians and the Book of Daniel and the “New Testament” are very much associated with the word “Messiah,” but not the Israelites who wandered forty years in the Wilderness and inhabited the Land of Israel.  And if Moses was NOT given this C.E. terminology to introduce to the Children of Israel, then there is no reason for us to know about it at all.  There isn’t even ANY information in this Book of Daniel or in the “New Testament” that is essential for Israelites to know and do – none at all.  All that the GOD of Israel required of us to know and do was given to HIS Servant Moses and is reiterated in the books of HIS Prophets who utter “THUS SAITH THE LORD.”  There is no “THUS SIAITH THE LORD” in the Book of Daniel or in the “New Testament.”  Both of these books were written AFTER GOD scattered HIS Chosen People, Israel, from the land.  That being the case, this literature is suspect, and proof of this is the fact that the Israelites were scattered to live in “Darkness” and to serve their enemies.  So, why would the Holy ONE give them any information about seventy weeks or seventy years or seventy anything? 

And even if this information is for a time after the Israelites return, the information still makes no sense.  “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week…” (Daniel 9:27).  This verse contradicts what “THUS SAITH THE LORD” about HIS Covenant in Jeremiah 31:31 – 34 and in Ezekiel 20:37.  And not one of GOD’s Prophets makes mention of this event in the Book of Daniel. 

Just for the record, “THUS SAITH THE LORD” is mentioned more than 400 times in the “Old Testament” but not even once in the Book of Daniel or in the “New Testament.”  That’s no mistake.  That’s for us to think logically and connect the dots!  Therefore, when we do the research concerning the year the Book of Daniel was probably written, we will see that this Book of Daniel and the “New Testament” were written to deceive Israelites, and, thus, we have no reason to accept the information in either of these books as being GOD’s WORD. 

GOD’s Covenants – HIS LAW and HIS Promises, as well as the “New Covenant” spoken of in Jeremiah 31:31-34 - will resume upon our return to our heritage.  And there is no other WORD of GOD to have us believe that any one of these Covenants will be one week.  Actually, when you consider what’s written in Daniel 9:27, none of this chapter makes any sense whatsoever.

“He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations. Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:”   Psalm 105:8 – 10

“Nevertheless he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry: And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.”   Psalm 106:44,45

The Holy ONE of Israel has not only remembered HIS Covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but HE has opened our eyes to the fact that WE ARE HIS PEOPLE, but unfortunately, too many of us do not choose to do that which is necessary to stay in HIS good graces.

Another serious issue is that certain people credit Ben Ammi with moving Israelites to Liberia and then on to Israel.  The GOD of Israel did not say that Ben Ammi would deliver HIS People.  HE said that HE would, and when HE does, for sure HE wants all the GLORY, every whit!  HE got all the GLORY in the Israelite Deliverance out of Egypt, and HE, unequivocally, will be Exalted AGAIN upon the return of the Remnant of Israel that GOD promises HE WILL GATHER.  To suggest or even think for a moment that Ben Ammi deserves recognition for that which is due to the Holy ONE of Israel leads me to believe that some of us, being Israelites, have truly lost sight of what’s important to know and understand.  It would appear that the Holy ONE is again proving Israelites to determine who will and who will not enter into HIS Glorious Kingdom.

And just because people think Ben Ammi to be prosperous and have more than other congregations is no reason to boast about the advancements he has made.  When I hear this, I am constantly reminded of the “green bay tree” in Psalms.

“Fret not thyself because of evildoers, neither be thou envious against the workers of iniquity. For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed.”   Psalm 37:1 – 3

“I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a green bay tree. Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not: yea, I sought him, but he could not be found. Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.”   Psalm 37:35 - 37

“They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches; None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:”   Psalm 49:6,7

“Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.”   Psalm 127:1

It would appear that people don’t yet get the full understanding of the above verse that is loaded with Truth, conviction, and certainty.  Time proves everything!  The Flood of Noah’s Day and the scattering of the Nation of Israel into the Four Corners of the Earth are proven facts that the CREATOR GOD of Israel does not tolerate people taking HIS Name in vain, disobedience of HIS LAW, and the worship of false gods and even of man.

Ben Ammi is not “perfect.”  He, himself, said in 1996 that he is doing 60%.  Thus, he isn’t even close to being “the perfect man.”  He is failing and falling fast!  His works and teachings speak volumes.  We have history to probe for what “THUS SAITH THE LORD” and for what required of us.  AND we have read what has happened to Israelites who stray from GOD’s LAW in order to establish their own direction.  We have book after book in the “Old Testament” that gives us all the information we need concerning rebellious Israelites.  We know what the GOD of Israel did to them, and we know that HE has not changed HIS Ordinances one iota, and that HE will NEVER change them.  Hence, knowing all this, and knowing what the GOD of Moses has said about HIS LAW and the consequences for not keeping it (in Deuteronomy 28^th Chapter), knowing that HE will MAGNIFY HIS LAW and put it in our hearts, knowing that we were scattered for not observing this Divine LAW, would Our GOD of Israel send such a leader as Ben Ammi who has no regard for HIS LAW but rather for magnifying himself and a bogus “KOY”?  Perfect men of GOD do not grandstand and promote adverse teachings.  They vehemently stress doing the WORD of the GOD of Israel and with “ONE” mindset. 

Without question, “the perfect man” FEARS the GOD of Israel to live and do HIS Book of the Law.  It is accepting GOD’s Righteousness and to live by it that is our ticket into the CREATOR GOD of Israel’s Peaceful Kingdom.  It is not Ben Ammi’s veggie and no-salt diets.  Ben Ammi is not concerned about GOD’s LAW, and neither is the GOD of Israel in his thoughts.  This “KOY” in Dimona is really nothing more than the Kingdom of Ben Ammi, and he is no more the “Saviour” that he is called than is the jc of the “New Testament.”  Ben Ammi and the other leaders in his Camp know exactly how to run their game, and those who they beguile either know nothing of the GOD of Israel and HIS LAW, or they have chosen to forget the GOD of Israel and HIS LAW and listen to and believe in a man whose foundation is built on lies, corruption, and death.  Therefore, I caution everyone to be very cautious of what is believed, and the reason is that if we CHOOSE to believe in wickedness, then GOD will help to encourage that false belief.

“Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not hearkened unto my words, nor to my law, but rejected it.”

Jeremiah 6:19

“Because Ephraim hath made many altars to sin, altars shall be unto him to sin.”   Hosea 8:11

What wills Israelites to turn from the WORD of GOD?  What force is there that can make GOD’s Chosen People defy HIM?  Never mind.  I don’t think I want to know.  In any case, those who join with Ben Ammi should know that you give up your assets and you are expected to conform to the expectations of the Camp, and you will adhere to WILL adhere to their ways or be punished by beatings and losing your flamboyant “title.”  What a scam, the best since the advent of Christianity.  However, only the Holy ONE will prove them a fraud and with the Righteous Remnant HE is calling – HIS Chosen Ones who have determined to serve and worship ONLY HIM.

“And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.”   Joel 2:32

“For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth. The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts.”   Psalm 10:3,4

“My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.”   Psalm 34:2,3

“In God we boast all the day long, and praise thy name for ever. Selah.”   Psalm 44:8

Is this a time for us to boast?  Ben Ammi is subject to the will of Gentile Jews.  Why is he boasting, and why are others boasting for him?  Is this not a time to turn to the Most High GOD of Israel and boast of HIM and seek HIM for understanding IN HIS LAW and in HIS WORD to HIS Prophets?  Should we not thirst and hunger for GOD’s Truth?
